if i am not mistaken that difficulty change should be happening in the next day or two around Block ~63860? looking forward to seeing this coin develop further. Sounds like a good team is behind it! Thanks guys

That is correct; there should be 50 blocks until diff change. I'm not 100% sure about this but i believe the block 63860 is the one. Thank you for your kind words. Much appreciated.

The dust settles at block number 65557
It changes every 1680 blocks until 77,777 when the new diificulty adjustment kicks in.  I recommended that they move this change up to avoid any problems...

It would be cool if one of you smart MF doing this coin would come up with Anonymous poker for ANC coins.I2P TOR. I think it could pop off the coin. If there is one already please link me to it.

Thanks,
Jack.

I hope the "colored coin" and "cross-blockchain trade" will be implemented into Anoncoin.  So people could issue/buy/sell security shares without the central exchange site ( such as: http://btct.co ).

I am thinking of creating  aLogo for this coin but to differentiate it from the Anon hacker group I want to add a sort of Slogan to the anoncoin logo:

  • "AnonCoin - Currency of the Darknet"
  • "AnonCoin - The Darknet Currency"

Any Ideas,,, Anyone??? thanks.  digeros

Great initiative digeros. Let's hope the community can come up with a couple more suggestions for a slogan. Adding one suggestion myself "AnonCoin - In Stealth We Trust"
To go a bit off topic; anonymous is not really a hacker group, but more of an activist group made up of a bunch of random people. Some of these randoms just utilize "hacker attacks" to make their voices louder than the usual silent protesters.

Thanks,

Building an anonymous poker network is in planning, but will not get any high priority until there is enough free time to deploy a working platform. We will be using the Cubeia Poker platform for this task as it is open source, and seems fairly complete. We could need another developer with above average java skills to help speed up this deployment. Anyone interested in helping, please PM or post here.

If we get seven choices we can do a quicky poll  I currently like "AnonCoin - Encrypt We Trust"

"Encrypt We Trust" is silly as its horrible gramar Tongue "In Encryption We Trust"
That was intentional  IT is a play on "In God we Trust" -> IN Crypt We Trust >>> Encrypt We Trust.. Also I am thinking graphically and "In Encryption We Trust" becomes a bit long for the graphic.  The coin and the Darknet are Encrypted... It is Encryption in Which We Trust .... But do we need to tell the whole world??? - digeros

I agree with K1773R on this one. All input is good input at this point though so keep em coming Wink

If we get a a few more suggestions we can run a poll to have the community vote their favorite(s), then create a design or three to put up for a final vote?

You are right... in that case, lets just toss the double phonetic "In En.." and change it to "Encryption We Trust."
