I love that yellow and red one on the voting site.  Very retro, it's the kind if style you see today.  We need to add that to our stable.

I'll add a pic.

And notice the proportions of the logo to the circle are just right.

Edit:  the more I look at the logo itself the more I love it.  That's a rare thing.

Hi.

I will reduce the voting deadline by 7 days however I believe it is important that we allow sufficient time for more ixcoin holders/supports than the 5 or 6 who voted already before a final decision is made.

Unfortunately the voting site doesn't allow you to change your vote. https://tricider.com/en/multiBrainstorming/CNvk

I believe the 3 options most suitable towards a re-brand are images 1; 12 and 23.

1 - Will lead towards a technological website layout. It won't be eye catching however it will look smart and sharp. It would be suitable if the target market was only gamers/IT enthusiasts.

12 - This is very retro, eye catching and would lead towards a very colourful website with strong red and yellow/gold themes.

23 - This is strong, simplistic and leads towards a clean minimalist website design. This image is symbolic and easily transferable to other website designs and promotional products so much so it looks like something from a clothing brand.

I'm personally leaning towards 12 or 23. Please reply to this post with your preferred images.

I would go for 11 and 23. I agree that the voting needs time, but maybe it's an option to do the logo and the website at the same time.(or anything else) People can still vote but we don't lose any time.

I am also in favour of 12 and 23. I think we can keep both for different purposes... 12 for "standard" websites and 23 for press releases and related because it's more professional like.

12 is too retro for my tastes.

1 and 23 for me.

How many people do we have reading this thread?

Can you please go vote?  Do we really only have like 20 IXC investors?

That would be great cause that means the potential is huge.

I simply don't want to waste 2 more weeks if it means 3 more votes.  Cause some of the categories look locked in so can we at least get the website going as not to waste more time.

We're getting buried under ShitCoins so we need to do this fast cause pretty soon it will be very hard for a low budget coin to be noticed by anyone.

So if anyone hasn't voted please go do so now.

Thanks!

Did the ixcoin.co site get updated? I see the new logo's up on there, but it's fairly ugly as of now. I'd much prefer the new versions that newflash posted up (with the clear backgrounds). And someone please do something about the ugly stretched logo up on the top left.

A bit unrelated but maybe not since new coin domains are always of interest.  Here's some I've never posted before.

BTW:  Read an article last week about a firm in advanced talks with Multinational Brands looking at launching their own coins.  Lol, exactly what I said would happen last year and was called insane for it.  lol.  Plus bieber coin.  God help us!

Here's the article about big brands being in talks to launch their own crypto coins.

http://www.coindesk.com/humint-custom-build-altcoins-brands/

Davis admits that this is a potential problem. But then, half of the bitcoin world is currently traversing a landscape where regulations are uncertain. He says that he’s already negotiating with multi-national brand customers.

The only thing I am scared of it's the laziness of ixcoin's holders.

That's the point that holds me from buying more coin for now...

There are two possibilities:
- all the lazy holders have, by coincidence, bought ixcoin
- the real holders are just a few, but very big ones

I don't believe in coincidence.
