hi,

i have been mining this coin about 1 hour, I see that my address is listed in payouts page, but I don't see any coins in my wallet. My wallet is in crypsy.com, and i am mining on outhashed.com. What can be wrong, how can I trace the transaction?

thanks.

You can NOT mine straight from a P2Pool into an exchange wallet.  Cryptsy warns you about that when you set up the wallet there.  You have to mine to a local wallet and then transfer the funds to Cryptsy.
The reason is because there is a difference between coins that are mined and coins that are sent.  When they are mined (such as from P2Pool) then Cryptsy is unable to determine who mined them.

Damn, thats good that I asked it early, I was thinking it might take a little bit time, so I was going to wait until tomorrow. What is the best way than, to mine from a pool, or is there any other online wallets that I can use? Thank you for your quick response.

The best way is install the local client and mine into that.  You can download it from the OP.  You don't have to wait for the blockchain to sync, just get the address from your client and mine to that.  Coins will start to appear once the chain is fully sync'd

sorry that I ask too many dummy questions, but I downloaded the client tool, it is synchronizing right now. You told that it is normal not to see the coins in my local wallet, but I also don't see anything in Payouts page of the P2pool that I am using. At the time I was using my crypsy wallet, at least I was seeing some payouts on that address, but now I see nothing. Is it normal?

No worries, I know other people have the same questions but aren't asking them publicly.  So this is a way to get the answers out there for everyone.

The way the p2pool works is that if your individual hashrate only accounts for a very small portion of the total pool hashrate, it will not include you in every payout.  But don't worry, you still get all the payout you are entitled to.  What it does is build up your shares and then gives you several larger payouts.  It does this to avoid too many micro-transactions on the network.

So don't worry if you're not included in every payout.  It will add up your shares and once you reach a threshold it will pay out to you more coins at a time, just less often.

Thank you very much my friend. Thats really strange, because after starting mining with my exchange wallet in about 5-10 minutes I was seeing my payouts after every found blocks. It was about 1.13 SXC, my hashrate is about 0.65MHs. But now it is almost 30 minutes, but I see nothing. I can see now in graphs page my address, but it seems a little bit different than others. I don't know exactly what these red lines mean, but they are really big on my graphs. Maybe can you check it, if something is wrong?

What is the reject rate being reported in your miner?

The rejects at the pool are getting way too high.  That server is basically at the limit of what it can handle, so I will be upgrading it today.  I will do my best to minimize downtime.

I might also need to tweak the p2pool settings with the new hashrate in consideration.

I just switch to McKenzie mining pool, I am not now sure how was it in P2Pool, but my reject ratio regarding to BAMT is now about 9%. I think it is a little bit too much, isnt it? What shall I do to improve it?

I'm going to put a target of $0.15 to 0.2 per coin.

Not really pumping and dumping this coin but I like the novelty factor.  Sex does sell and if some mainstream porn websites take this it can be a good medium.

Just stop mining and leave the rest for me? lol j/k Try lowering your intensity by 1 maybe? Are you using CgmineR?

That is a whole other discussion, that I can't offer much help unfortunately.
For me, I see ~10% for fast coins like this one.  And I've struggled to improve that.  I find that I'm unable to improve that reject rate without hurting my hashrate at the same time.  So according to the math I've done, I net more coins by keeping the high hashrate and high reject rate, than I would if I reduce my hash to improve my rejects.  So I keep it between 5-10% and I'm happy with that.
