Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad

I would recommend mindful exercises, as it will calm you mind and help you gain some perspective on life, maybe it helps you see how life goes by so fast and you shouldn't spend it all on work.

There are apps that help you with this, meditation apps you can find on your phone and for free.. I used Breathe (on iPhone, recommend it too).

If you have no time to exercise I suggest you consume enough vegetables and fruits to keep your body healthy

Eat well, sleep well and try to have enough rest. Don't forget about sports especially if you are an office worker. You need to move more after sitting the whole day on the chair.

Since I've got some serious back pain from sitting all day long, I would only say go out and at least walk, hike, run or something. Do some exercises before it's too late.  Smiley

You must eat nutricious foods with balance diet..prevent to eat preservative food..eat fruits and vegetables. Excersize should have and proper hygien

If any one get healthy lifestyle he will maintain some rules,
1. Walk every morning in fresh air
2. Eat green vegetables with eggs (morning and night)
3. Eat  milk, fish, and meat (lunch)
4. Take bath every day timely.
5. Sleeping timely every day. If any one maintain this rules I think he will be get healthy lifestyle.

For me, the trick is to just always have water in front of me. I work at a desk and I mindlessly drink throughout the day. It has turned into me feeling like something is missing if I don't have water at my desk.

Do the excercise that you love. Eat healty food, read everything what you eat. Just dont eat everything that is "good for you", first read and learn about healty lifestyle and food...

First step is offcourse stay happy/satisfied(which makes you mentally fit).Others i guess are secondary factors.

I had the same problem I was workingnight shifts for months and couldn't eat or sleep in the right time and many health issues came for me so had to quite the job last month so my advice is if you can please seek professional help this will really help you in the long run
