Information was previously passed on values already collected and partnerships signed, it was even in India, but I still await detailed information and / or addresses for verification.

Having such a long road map with long term dates it looked like they wouldn't have this kind of schedule problems. Now I think even they are not sure about when will be the MVP ready.

Yep, the sale however is lastingg for a very long time, the ico will start after the mvp in March. Much depend from the work they will deliver with the mvp they are working on.

we never know what the future holds, and not even in the world of crypto, however i hope that in the coming months the market will give us satisfaction and come back bull, if all goes well the early supporters of the project will surely be rewarded...

Unfortunately we are also in the bearish crypto period so its somewhat understandable the its has not gained more funds as expected just like other crypto projects doing ICO.

We may hope for the next hype at march 2019 which may give another life for ICO projects as what was happened couple months ago. Indeed, if this condition won't change, the downtrend one, then ICO projects will be difficult to attract more people to join.

That's something that reduces credibility to the project since it indicates that they didn't make a correct planning.

I didn't know that they are going to wait with the ICO until the MVP is ready but it makes sense. On the other hand, the roadmap is completely off until then.
