Dear coin1234,

In defense of hash.so: I am not related with this pool but I have been mining there since day one. This pool is an excellent pool and I can assure you that it is not a scam! I chatted a few times with the admin and he is really top notch!

The reason, why you didn't get paid a doge during your three hours is that the round time for this coin on that pool is currently ~5 hours. Please understand first how pplns pools work before you go around and accusing people. Of course, nobody's perfect and mistakes happen, but hash.so is definitely not a scam!

Best,
Haku

btw: you will eventually get your doge's once the next block has been found.

There is also possibility it didn't setup worker/cgminer correctly. Then you get nothing indeed.

Looking for pool. Let me google it for you...ffs, is it really so hard?

I also just bought 2k last week Smiley. I think right now it's much more profitable to buy than mine unless you have some super computers. I think you can get around 1.5k for $20 right now.

The best pool is the one you make yourself and run locally. Go to https://github.com/CartmanSPC/p2pool to get the source code to run your own node.

On a side note http://csc.xpool.net:8840 just solved block 196888 twice!  Grin
(two different miners solved it within a second of each other...of course only the first one was valid)

So, since the difficulty went down, I saw the network hash rate jump from 50 Mh, to over 500 Mh, a order of magnitude increase. Thanks multipools and wot.

So, who wants to guess the next raped difficulty?

Mine CasinoCoin with the CasinoCoin Slashers, daily backups, fast transactions, block finder rewards, secured server!

I think the best thing for CasinoCoin right now in its current state is to get sponsored by some big name online casino and then get the other big online casinos to adopt casinocoin. they all will share one balance in a sense and be able to grab players from each other which is kinda like a double edged sword.

it hurts to see such great potential continue to slide down Sad

Well, we've gone up a little bit today (1300 to 1500) .. but I agree. CSC is very very cheap at the moment, while something like Dogecoin has a higher 24 hour volume than Litecoin. Wow, just checked it now and it's almost up to the same volume as Bitcoin. Ridiculous.

It proves one thing: it's all about clever marketing. Megacoin soared partially because of the devs choice of domain name (.co.nz) which lead to rumors of Kim Dot Com being involved.

Going viral like Doge + having actual substance (like a casino) = success.

Maybe once we have a casino up and running we should all donate to a huge jackpot to draw in the crowd? Something to divert attention from the other gazillion bitcoin casinos in the Gambling section.

Just a quick update on CasinoCoin development. A new API call is now available at:

Code:
http://casinoco.in/api/casinocoin/v1/network

This returns CasinoCoin network information such as the current difficulty, total network hash rate, current block, etc in JSON format that developers can use in their mobile, desktop and browser-based applications without having to install casinocoind locally.

There's also a new PHP GitHub repository with the same functionality (but requires casinocoind) that allows developers to embed the code directly into their PHP apps:

https://github.com/transcoder/CasinoCoin-MiningInfo

I'll be back online this evening to catch up on messages.

I have been saying this for a couple weeks, we need CSC to be accepted, even with a small discount in other Casinos Online just to get the name out
I have contacted several online casinos to add CSC as deposit method. I always get two answers:
- Where is it traded, .... only on cryptsy, ... not enough
- Where can we find an api to talk to for deposits and withdrawals?
Since both are not (yet) in place they do not have any interest in adding it. We need to develop more arround this coin first and then we will be able to draw in casinos.

I do hope the difficulty changes will not take much longer to implement! I prefer that solved first over all kind of nice to have api's.

All definitely possible, just need more technical people helping with design
