Can ETH reach BTC value ?

I am really hoping. I have more eth rhan BTC, if the value of ETH would Surpass the BTC, that would be a great thing to happen. But who knows? It is still better to have eth now before its too late

I think it will not happen. because each coin has a different character that is not in the other coin.

Yes eth can reach the value of btc because eth is the second of the highest value of coin/token it can reach the value of btc but not for now not for next month or next next month it count for 2-3 years before they reach the value of btc (i think) .. But for now btc is the valuable token/coin at this moment even if the price of eth is higher than last two months..

Think this is the point most have been missing, it can surpass it in terms of market cap almost certainly but in terms of price that seems like too big of a price for Ethereum, not to mention bitcoin is unlikely to remain at 13-14k forever.

Its like any market… an incumbent (BTC) is sustainably improving its performance (aka value) over time, keeping its market (investors) happy whilst competitors (ETM) focus on disruptive innovation offering the customers (investors) of the incumbent (BTC) far more value (smart contracts) to surpass the market cap (share price) of the older incumbent (BTC).

Therefore Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin at some stage, but both are stores of value that should form part of a balanced portfolio.

It is possible that this reaching will happen but not yet. ETH can be called the altcoin which is the closest to the word stable in the market. Bitcoin exists a much longer in the crypto world and the ideas and technology of the blockchain are unique and they are constantly improving. Bitcoin has gained the trust of the investors long time before Ethereum even entered the market. I believe that when ETH will reach the market BTC price will rise much more and there will be new goals that ETH will try to reach.

This is just a power of imagination. If the prices of BTC and ETH will become the similar it would not be near future. Today Bitcoin is leader of cryptoworld with lowest volatility and the highest liquidity. That’s statistics.

I think the ethereum cannot reach the value of bitcoin. Because everybody says that bitcoin is the father of cryptocurrency and i think that is true. That is the upline of altcoin i think. Not really sure.

No, it's not possible. Ethereum brings in competition with other altcoins especially from trading perspective. All cryptocurrencies support bitcoin but it has no purpose to compete with it. Bitcoin is like a main source of every altcoins.
