Have boards been shipped to people in AU yet or are they getting fixed and then sent out?

Any news about an EU fixer? (I'm assuming my boards were dispatched at the same time as the others, but don't have tracking details yet).

I am looking to buy an other board, so if you are looking to get your money back and are in the US shoot me a pm to work out the details.

I read that, but there was nothing about shipping advice for Aussie orders that haven't arrived yet.

It might be wise to lock this thread and update the first and last post directing everyone to the drill bit forums to avoid a split discussion.
edit: to clarify for erk, regarding this specific issue with this specific product only.

No, people do not need 50 forums to check each day. If you don't want any people to discover Drillbit products, then by all means live on a separate forum.

Of course, but you don't shoot your horse just because you get a car :p He just means this thread is the premier public gateway to the products at this time. As well as being good for whatever ails.

I think I read that all non-US boards being shipped by Barntech have gone out, were they sent with tracking #'s? I'm confused as to whether my board has been shipped... Batch 1, Canada...
If the board arrives in 2 weeks, how will I know if it was repaired before it shipped or not?? Will a note be included in the boards that were repaired before shipping?

These are exactly my issues, I am in Australia and have not had a shipment from Drillbit yet, and I was in batch#1.

Same.
Also it sure is going to be fun getting these mailed due to the Christmas effect on AusPost.

Haha.
Awesome as always goldshredder!
The status on aussie boards is, if i hadn't already sent it when we discovered the issues with the boards i kept it here to fix before sending. If you did receive it and feel like you can replace the part, hold onto it and do the repairs. If you received it and can't do the repairs, send it back to me.
Cheers
Barntech

I'm in Australia as well. I guess I'm one of the ironically lucky ones who hasn't had their boards posted yet. Paid for express post a few months ago, so whenever the boards are ready, it should get to me the next business day, to minimise any chance of it getting lost in the post between now and christmas. *touch wood*

So just had a thought - I haven't seen anything about accepting returns but is anyone trying to return their boards, and will there be refurbs available? Otherwise just wondering if anyones already looking to sell their boards . Also for the DrillBit team: are the issues that are being dealt with causing any major delays in your thoughts/plans for another round? Just hankering to get some more hardware from you guys already.

Also for the DrillBit team: are the issues that are being dealt with causing any major delays in your thoughts/plans for another round? I have official word that no one is even thinking about that until the current issues are resolved. They are under a ton of pressure right now and can't possibly work on the myriad of details involved in the next round(s) at this time. Any kind of accurate answer on that is not possible yet, until they announce otherwise.

I think the only point of mentioning a new batch is to let Barntech and crew that we like what they came up with and when they are ready we will buy more.
