For those who lost their bitcoins or sold too early, there is still a chance to build significant wealth since this bull market is still young.

I wonder how he sleeps in peace these days. It's really sad to see that the money you worked for, has become so virtual that you cannot gain access to it. Try to find out the file - somewhere, some folder, some file, some of your lot laptop ... it has to be somewhere. I would suggest to keep trying and not give up.

This guy has lost 103 bitcoins he mined back in 2011 and then lost his wallet dat file similar to what I have done but wow this guy must be gutted the amount of money he has lost compared to me

His Address    166BuLPWHUjqoqiYp5rGE3B5r5AmqgHpoL    Final Balance   103.20832384 BTC

So many people have the same problem and I wonder just how much Bitcoin is stuck not being able to be used Sad

He says "I used to mine Bitcoin back in 2011 and I lost my wallet.dat file (through several stupid moves on my part). It's got approx 103 BTC in it, anyone is welcome to it, I've given up trying."

Holy Christ that's a lot of money to lose.
I would've lost my mind if that happened to me.
Damn, making paper wallets regular basis is probably the best thing to do if you have large amounts of cash in crypto.
I'm sorry for the guy, that's a huge loss.

That's one disadvantage of being your own bank. Once you lose the keys to your vault, nobody could find it for you. I guess even using BFA to get his private keys would take ages.

I guess everyone who has been enough time in cryptos has lost sooner or later incredible amounts of coins which eventually would be very valuable sometimes later. It surely happened to me, even more than once, with some altcoins. You have to learn to live with it.

In the early days of the birth of Bitcoin, no one could have thought that Bitcoin is now worth more than 8,000 US dollars, so at that time they did not properly keep their wallets. If anyone can foresee the price of Bitcoin today, then there will be no Bitcoin buy pizza story. Wink

It is such a pity and saddening that all his hardword become useless. It became a lesson for us that we need to be extra careful with our wallet.

My goodness.  It's a lot of money. Maybe this guy bought some bitcoins long time ago or could be when bitcoin was new.  That guy could be a millioner now.  If that happen to me,  I don't know what to do.  I might suicide,  but to come to think of it.  Imagine how much that's going to be.

Horror story. I imagine the annoyance of this guy. Therefore, I advise you to always keep safe all the keys and passwords from different wallets, accounts, etc.

of course it is very unfortunate but of course we also can not do anything if it has happened, at least it can be a lesson we all to be more careful again in using our online equipment
