My I7 2700K reached only 6,5-7 Kh 
I used these mayner: quark-v2_w64, quark-v2b_w64, pooler-cpuminer-2.3.2-win64.

What's wrong with this client? "No block source available" on the two machines I've tried. All nodes added to securecoin.cong, and yes it's in appdata. Also forwarded the port.

Did you add "-a quark" to the command line?

a proper command line for the quark cpuminerd would look like this :

minerd64_sse4 -a quark -url server:port -u username -p password

if you want to limit the numbers of cores you're using, add -t x (where x is number of cores you want to use) after the password

Is "gen=1" set in your config?  if so, set it to 0 if you are going to use the external miner.
