if you are new to the crypto world, i suggest you to start with bounty hunting first rather than go on trading now when you do not know that much yet about the crypto world and how things work around here. and ai highly doubt that you are dedicated enough to spend your whole 16hrs per day on researching and learning things about cryptos and trading altogether. and besides, bounty hunting is a great way to earn a few bucks that can help you with trading and at the same time help you learn little by little about how things work in the crypto world like how the prices move, what makes them move, and so much more. you can get all this even without actually investing anything else but your time.

Actually you can do both, you can do bounty at the same time become day trader of crypto. How? just join in to bounty signature campaign, then while youre exploring things here in forum you can actually post something sensible then you still somehow get some stakes, 15 post per week is the usual requirement for bounty signature campaign and that wont affect your time in doing tradings. For me, trading has their risk in which you cannot get back what you gave away. Trading will take some time because you need to learn about the platforms of the tokens you are trading and learning will take a lot of time. The answer to this question depends upon a person's asset.
A person can't earn more than bounty hunters unless he has a capital.
Certainly, trading will give you alot (provided that you have the above requirement).
Let's also consider if you plan to hold a certain coin or do a day to day trade.

Are you are aware of the C project and Zigger. Even they recruited many people to participate in their bounty projects but finally they did not paid anyone and got the work from the people more than month.
Choosing manager and joining there would be the fine move on bounties side.

Full time crypto trader would be more efficient and profitable in my opinion not to mention it needs less attention and effort compared to being bounty hunter. My own answer is Full time crypto trader. Last year between 13 August 2017 and 1 November 2017 I made 4 Bitcoin trading part time.
My initial investment was 450 Doge Coin on 13 August 2017.

So for me, I would take trading first any day. But not everyone will make as much. Crypto trading requires that you are ahead in the markets.

Bounty Hunting has no risk factor. So I would suggest the following:
Hunt bounties to gain some capital. Trade that up. See which system works best for you.

I also like the activity of trading more than I do bounty hunting, so really to me trading wins.

It will depend on your skills, if you have money and the ability to trade then that is the path you need to take, if you do not have either then becoming a bounty hunter will be your only option, but there is no doubt in my mind that being a trader gives more profits so you need to use your time to learn how to trade as well, since the bounties you get most of the time are not going to be worth much.

The answer to this question depends upon a person's asset.
A person can't earn more than bounty hunters unless he has a capital.
Certainly, trading will give you alot (provided that you have the above requirement).
Let's also consider if you plan to hold a certain coin or do a day to day trade.
I prefer holding since it can give you alot of profit(more than 1000x if you chose a good one)
Day to day trading can cost you alot if you happen to sleep with an order
Then when you wake up, the price level is so deep.

Mass bounty hunter is time consuming but doesn't require a capital. You only need to invest your time.
Doing this one is like throwing your life. Don't become too greedy. Just join enough bounties. Make sure to allot time for yourself. Consider your health and spend time with your family. You are missing out alot in your life dude if you become a mass bounty hunter.

To my astonishment I saw many people who were claiming figures such as $3000 and $5000 which ain't bad at all cause bounty campaigns don't consume a person's full time.We can even earn from bounties by working for 2-3 hours a day and the rest of the day is yours you could do something else and make a living.

Mass bounty hunter:
- Stress free in the short run but stressful in the long run ( daily tasks are quite easy to be done, but you have to wait for the coin to be listed, or you dont know if they are scam projects or not, stakes are properly counted or not, are properly distributed or not, you never know)
- Evaluate an ICO takes some times and a lot of hard works to research especially some industry you never know or heard of.
- Apart some the bad things ( scam, stakes wrongly counted) its kinda like a low risk, high reward work.

Day trader:
- Stressful, need to know a lot of technical stuff plus you need to know where to get the info to make your entry decision.
- Money easy come easy goes
- Doesnt take a lot of time
- The market decide your emotion if you enter the wrong place

Advices:
- You can do both 90 % bounty 10% trade or 50 - 50, or 100% - 0 % and gradually shift your focus from one to another.

Thats my own idea, its not all true I believe, but I would love to hear your feedback.

IF you have several legendary to hero accounts here you were lucky because you can join bounty and Signature campaign without ease hahaa. getting coins from nothing and you don't even let your money out it is good and if you hit a jackpot that the ICO you joined will have a huge price per token. Bounty hunter positively will give you the benefits. For, it doesn't spend the much money. We can only spend the energy, thought, and time to fulfill the tasks based on the regulation. In this case, we can gain the free taken from our participation in the bounty programs, when it is legit, we can really go to the moon for cheering. But, it needs some months to gain the rewards and get the distribution and us don't know after distribution, the price will drop or rise.

In terms of risk mass bounty hunter is better. Being a bounty hunter, you will just risk your time and effort. I actually have thoughts that are different from yours. I prefer to be a full time trader rather than being a bounty campaign hunter. Although being a trader requires capital but I can start with small capital according to my ability. As my experience increases and the more I make profits, the more my capital can be. Both are acceptable but being a crypto trader is very risky and need a lot of time studying on how you will gain profit.
