It was suggested I post here because Kraken cancelled my new account.
I posted about it here:

Although the email I received from Justin says:
Thanks for your patience.
Unfortunately, we must inform you that we will be closing your Kraken account. For security purposes, we cannot disclose the reason for this action.
Your recent ACH transfers via Plaid have been canceled. These two transactions will not be processed from our side and your bank account will not be debited.
Kindly note that you cannot open another Kraken account.
We appreciate your understanding.
I was hoping you could further explain why and perhaps approve my account.
