I think you have to add flag when you send money with XRP all website make site just kraken dont set flag when send XRP

Hello, i'm Stéphan from France, and i have a big problem.
My banking adviser made a bank transfer about 1700€ from my bank to my kraken account on 5 Jan 2018 but i still have not received anything. I think she have never put the ref number. A friend tell me Dargo can help me, or other. Please...

Yes, you would need to supply the correct tag. This information is supplied by you in the withdrawal details. If this was incorrect or omited, you would need to contact the receiving wallet's support. Thanks for understanding.


Well I have escalated my ticket, I have received replies confirming that funds were 'located' then they had to be added manually by a 'technician', however I am still waiting for MY money to be credited to MY account. Maybe you don't offer phone support quite simply because you are unable to manage a half decent customer service? You have not stopped new registrations but claim 'workload' as an excuse to hold clients' funds. Your support agents ( no matter their 'level') reply once or twice and then disappear. This is what kills crypto, amateurs handling money!
I am waiting, for the record, since Jan 4, that's over 3 weeks. Shame on you Kraken

I had the same problem for about a month ago.
Sent email to Kraken support and their suggested solution was to open new account.
I opened 3 more accounts but the problem still persisted.
But last friday I tried my luck and opened a new account again and voilà!
I could verify my account.
I used the same gadget and the same browser as the old accounts to open the new one.

Hi, friend of mine have trouble register new account. He fill the sign up form, receive email with code, redirect to the page to confirm with code key, username and password. But the page show error: the username is not valid, the key is wrong or expired. But it is actually not expired because he received email immediately.
He tried password reset, but do not receive email. He tried to cancel the registration but blank page is showing.
Could someone explain what to follow to register new account?

Hi LeGaulois. If the third party payment processor using personalized IBANs in the specific client's name, it's okay to use them. Please inquire with your local branch to confirm that they're able to do this for you. You can read more on this here.

I meant "depsited from".
Is the account in your name?

Yes, the bank account is in my name.  I never deposited USD into Kraken so this is the only bank account I have set up.

I am happy to report that somehow after logging in once again to check up on the 'Get Verified' feature, when I clicked to go to the verification page, it actually loaded! I went through the ID Verification process without any problem and I am VERIFIED!
THANK YOU Kraken! 'Fixed', I guess, however for some reason I still feel like the backlog perhaps was the cause of the issue and not technically a 'bug', at any rate the 'feature' is no longer 'disabled' for my account at least, hopefully it is working or will be working for others as well. Site looks good! Very good performance. My only complaint now is that there needs to be ACH bank transfer capability eventually, currently only a wire transfer is allowed to send or receive USD funds which is not ideal because banks typically charge a big fee for wire transfers. Glad to now have Kraken as my crypto exchange, thanks again!

Is Kraken down right now? Checking this https://status.kraken.com/ it says is not working fine and actually i get "Invalid login" even though i'm 100% that my credentials are right.

Anyone experiencing this?

Hi LESKO. You're welcome to mine to your Kraken account but please be aware that the minimum deposit is 0.05ETH. If you deposit less than 0.05ETH your funds aren't lost, but you'll need to deposit a total of 0.05ETH to that same address in order have access to your funds. Please take into account the miner's fee that needs to be paid for the funds to be transferred as well. Let us know if you have any other questions.
