We are doing excellent with TAG in play... TAG's Difficulty being at 57 makes it hard for Solo Miners.

Thanks, orphans usually. These generally get caught and cleaned up on a nightly basis.

So, I am currently sitting on a confirmed balance of 0.04997327, yet when I try to cash out it just keeps re-displaying my balance. Am I doing something wrong here? Or do I need to reach a certain threshold before I can withdraw?

The cashout isn't instantaneous, it queues it up and runs generally every 5min. Are you still seeing no funds sent and a balance showing?

I can't create a new account. It always says "Password must be between 6 - 20 characters." but password is okay.

Have you got a lot of numbers and symbols in there? Sometimes they insist on 6 letters.

That's not encouraging. It's been like 24 hours and no admin has responded to the fact that withdrawals of coins do not work.

That's bullshit man. If I can't withdraw coins (e.g. if they do not fix this obvious exploitation of miners) then I will start post negative trust ratings.

MNC forked and had some other coin relation problem.  Are you experiencing issues with other coins?   We are working to clean up the MNC situation, which will likely require us to purchase some MNC to cover orphaned blocks (unlike most pools that just dump your account into the negative).

I think you need to get a grip though.  'Obvious exploitation of miners'.....come now...a little sensationalist to say the least.   You act like there are a 100 posts here from users having withdrawal issues across every coin.  So far I see 1.  We are working on it.

I had waited 24 hours for a response and the only one I got was some jackass saying Goodbye. I have no idea about MNC forks and issues. There was no email to me or anything in this forum thread about it. All I see was something not working and no response after 24 hours.

I'll monitor this thread for updates then.

Did you try the IRC channel or emails listed here: https://www.hashco.ws/contact.php

Nearmiss and aTriz aren't on the thread 24/7.  But compared to most similar pools, these guys have been the most attentive and supportive admins I've encountered.  Go ahead, try Middlecoin or other pools and then see how many troubles they have and how helpful or attentive to users needs their admins are.  Also try reading all 39 pages of this thread and see if you can find one complaint about the Admin's level of support even when there are issues and forks.  So far I've only seen yours.  1 person complaining is a pretty good record, especially for Bitcointalk. In fact I see tons of posts praising these guys for listening to the needs of the pool miners compared to bad experiences with other pools.

I had a withdrawal issue with the middlecoin pool.
Finally after being ignored in their thread for almost 3 weeks it took another 2 weeks to get my coins out(still got some stuck there). Talking about customer service. You really should try your luck there.

I definately vouch for the hashcows guys.
Every single issue I have had has been resolved promptly.

Keep up the good work guys !!

You have to set your withdrawal threshold below your balance and wait 5-10 min. User Settings->Coin Settings
