Admittedly if I was doing something like ken is, I wouldn't say a god damn word until I had the project nearly wrapped up.

Why boost share price? What benefit is that to AMC at this point? The price of shares will rise when he delivers on product. If anything having low priced shares at the moment would enable friends/family to purchase more at a lower price currently.

If things were going terribly, he could announce that and drive the share price into the ground, but that would do little to encourage people to purchase actual product via preorder.

Announcing day to day updates would drive up share price assuming the news was positive, which would still have zero impact on AMC's current situation/profits, ect. It would only benefit those who originally bought shares, but wouldn't get miners made any faster.

From a logical perspective saying little and overdelivering in the end seems what I would do.

Agreed +1

Disclosure enough information and being reasonable transparent is not for the benefit of the issuer. It's the issuer's responsibility. The reason is simple. Investors have given out money to the issuer, so they apparently have every right to know how are things going.

What you have said shows that you totally forget about the issuer's responsibility in the case you own a large amount of money to the investors.

Legally he has no responsibility to tell me anything. I think its just good business practice to keep your investors happy.

Just looked on bitfunder and I'm missing 1000 shares. My transfer was for 1833 but only 833 are showing. I double checked my email to Ken and btct transfer so looks like a slip of the keyboard on Ken's part, I've sent him an message hopefully it will get sorted...

Ken, can you write us a short summary of what has been done this week (excluding btct related stuff) and in just few words, what is planned for the next week  (excluding btct / transfer related stuff).
Also, is Actm on schedule or not.

While reading what I wrote, use the most friendliest and relaxing voice in your head.

Most likely your transfer has been put into the error bin, or the unknown user bin.  These will get processed after all the transfers that do not have any problems.

Mine haven't been transferred either, wondered if because I am in a different timezone, the timestamp they requested is not going to match.

Just jokes, Ken.. it's all in fun!

You can track progress by address 14yTynjmSe5bsRGykDaaCL5bm2pxiEfcqE. On 9/24 there were 3,101,203 shares added to the previous balance of 2,831. The balance has been worked down to 1,917,088. The transfers appear 38% complete. 9/24 transfers were from 17:20 to 18:00. 9/25 transfers were all day from 10:27 to 18:24 (unknown TZ diff). There was only one transfer 9/26 at 19:12. It is possible that some of the remaining shares are his, so it may be more than 38% complete.

How long does it take normally to transfer the shares? I asked for a transfer yesterday and haven't heard back yet
