I'm not clear about what we're meant to do regarding Bitfunder. Im not in the US but I dont want to give WeExchange any details (why should I trust them?).
Do I just hold onto the shares until Ken gives clear instructions, even if that's past the Bitfunder/WE deadline?

Ken said Colored Coins are a long-term solution (which I am very much looking forward to), so what do we do in the short term?

YES. The only way you are going to lose ownership of your shares is if you sell. So chill out, hang onto them and wait a few weeks for a solution to be presented.

You're right about ACTM not being near the pole position.

But Cointerra hasn't even taped-out yet, and may not have the entire ~$5,000,000 needed for their NRE.

By December, HashFast is going to crush the competition and dominate the network.

With colored coins, is there a way to gauge what the last sale was at? or anything like that? some point of reference for share price?

We will be using our own technology to keep track of the last sale price, bids and ask.  The colored coins will only be used to store the assets.

Noticed the difficulty increase?

Current Difficulty: 267,731,249 (+41%)
Next difficulty (estimate): 436,010,565 (+63%)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=311488.0
http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1okgpz/mining_difficulty_is_now_267731249_41/

All the mining securities are being dumped, the one suffered most until now is Icedrill, about half price in less than 1 hour...

I'm in with ActM since the 0.0025 IPO, but I'm now a little worried about this difficulty growth rate without knowing how much hashrate we are supposed to bring online in november/december.

Some official estimate from Ken could help to figure out what we can expect for the next weeks/months

More than 100P will be online in the following months, and more than 10000P in the next ~ 6 years.

LOL. My thoughts exactly. FastHash doesn't even have a competitive $/Gh chip. If you're on the high side of the BFL Monarch then it's time to pack it in...

Or at least not visit the higher performing competition to "talk shit".

But you are right. They have to be delivered in Nov. at current BTC prices to be profitable.

I'd be curious to hear who LorenzoMoney thinks is near the pole position. Last I checked Bitmine is the only Q4 miner that provides a better $/Gh, and they are in the midst of a "Halloween Sale" (WTF?!) CoinTerra is on the horizon for Q1 2014 but they are now late to tape out...

So, if VMC isn't near the pole position who is?

Whatever I think or say doesn't matter. Who is in pole position? Don't know. Nor do I really care.
Here is what I care about and here are
the only things that matter:

1. The dividends being paid out for each share of Active Mining.
2. The liquidity of shares (that is, whether they can be traded easily and openly on the Internet)
3. The price of a share of Active Mining

All of the above is dependent on,
A) finding or building an exchange on which shares can be traded,
B) being in production of an Active Mining product which is shipping to customers and which is being used to mine.

Do I believe Ken will come through? Truly, it is unclear. I believe his intentions are good and sincere. I know he wants to be successful and really does want all his share holders to be successful. The difficulty is that the difficulty is continuing to go going up UP UP, while nothing is currently be manufactured.

The NDA is still in effect, BF is closed to US citizens, ActM PR is non-existent, nature abhors a vacuum, so icebreaker and crumbs and the cheerleaders (of which I still am one) try to fill in the vacuum, and still we wait and are asked to wait.

If Ken comes through and ActM does come out with a product that is profitable to use to mine, I assure you, boys, I will be very happy indeed. Right now, all we have are FUDsters and Cheerleaders and no information, merely speculation.

You're right about ACTM not being near the pole position.

But Cointerra hasn't even taped-out yet, and may not have the entire ~$5,000,000 needed for their NRE.

By December, HashFast is going to crush the competition and dominate the network.

With this money maker:

Baby Jet

Edit:  I think the network is going to crush HashFast.

Replace it with Actm equipment and it's Cumulative Return column turns as red as anyone else Sad
