Ken has stated that by the end of October he will have released a  three month P&L statement and balance sheet.

These sales figures are very promising and give a clear indication that the company is heading in the right direction.

Looks as though we'll have no problems financing the first run on chips. 

While Ken's minimalistic approach isn't to everyone's taste and is often ridiculed, I think those who contribute to and read this thread, who actually matter, will be used to this by now.

After all, when the day comes that we start receiving significant divs people will be too busy rejoicing to care about Ken's language skills over his ability to set up mining farms and deliver high end miners on time.

No, not at this time due to current environment.  We would have to do what Bitfunder is doing with US citizens.  We will be trying to use a lot of the technology in our new site in our colored coins development.  We expect that our colored coins development will generate additional revenue for ActiveMining.

But whats the status of the hardware then? I mean there is a tiny div each week but i dont know what this means. Is that already the own asic design at work or other hardware?
I only mean when is the point when these sold miners are shipped and when is the mine really hashing?  (For labcoin i at least know the claimed problem is a heatproblem in chip design (if true) but i dont have a clue whats going on with ActiveMining. Which is stupid when being invested in.

This is great to hear! Alot of attention will be brought to ACTM if we are the first ones to implement colored coins.

Also with no trading allowed on the "new site" this will put demand through the roof! I would feel uneasy if this was the case for an extended period of time however
