You must be able to make your own decisions because the news can be manipulated I guess. For example, BCHABC has terrible news, and the reputation of CEO is not good. But the coin was gone up 100%, while the Coin that will be considered to be up, it hasn't any effect at all. at least you should have a target to take the profit, for example, 5-10%

  No I think that’s not true every time is not the good time mate their is some fixed time that you should know by observing the market.  Trading right now is not good but that’s great time to enter so that you will not have to spend more and long term trading gives better profit than day trading so I would say its not time to trade.

You need to exit if you already reached your target. If you don't exit and hodl even when you already reached your target, you might end up holding a bag of expensive coin and wait for the price to recover. Happened to me a lot of times already. NEO, ZEC, ETH, OMG. Always, always set a target.

Something to keep in mind. If you fail to set a target, then your target is to fail.
