auto-payout is still not working.  My BTC balance is twice my payout threshold now and still no payout.  Can you please provide an update on when this will be fixed??

I was going to enter another support ticket for this issue but your support also does not work.  lt launches and then redirects to your sign-in page but never gets past that - you can enter your login credentials over and over again but it never lets you in - it just keeps prompting you to login again even though I receive emails from you telling me I had a "successful authorization" each time.  Can you please fix your support page.  I have also posted this on your GHASH.IO thread yesterday.

It seems the access issue is specific to your situation.To identify your account name and email for security please can you email the access problem to support@cex.io then we can identify what the fix may be. Auto payout issue is currently under investigation.

Thanks for the reply.  My auto-payout did finally work today, although it was more than twice the payout threshold I have set.

The maintenance is too high, 0.18 US$ for 1 Ghs per month. I don't know if 1Ghs can make 0.18 US$ per month.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why GHs are trading around .0036? I am currently valuing them at around .0005. Why the huge disparity? Is there some value there I'm missing in my analysis? Even if you trade in for the hardware and cut your maintenance cost to $0.05/KWh (and assuming 1W/GHs), that value only goes up to about .0018. So best case, I'm seeing shares overvalued by a factor of two.

I'm using 12.7% as the difficulty increase per period, which is the average of the last 6 increases, plus the expected ~20% increase on 8/19.

What am I missing? Does someone have an analysis of their own they'd like to share?

The price is decided by the free market. We have much cheaper hashing power and lower maintenance costs + silver. However no proper liquidity yet.
Maybe it is time to switch? Or you enjoy the monopoly?

I just received as I miss-entered password but I didn't receive any other. I this someone tried to login to your account or it might be a fishing email. Try to set Google authenticator for a better protection if you hadn't set it.

How does the instant Buy/Sell works? The price at the time I bought Ghs were lower than the sell order but it was executed. So won't you loose BTC when doing like that?

i had 2fa set, but have not logged into my account recently. but i keep getting emails showing a different ip that attempted to access my account there.
