these trends are normal in altcoin market. we have pumping seasons that last quite long sometimes and then market enters the dumping phase where prices of these altcoins that were pumped go back down to where they belong. and finally after some time another pumping season starts.

this time the pumping season lasted most of last year which means the dumping phase can be a lot longer then previous times. so the next phase may come later and for most altcoins it meant they will never go back up to their same huge bubbles ever again.

Look at the whole market chart on coinmarketcap, and zoom out to one year. Ignore the December rise and Jan/Feb pullback, and you'll see a steady increase. The long-term pattern for crypto is to rise. The last few months have been more dramatic than normal, but haven't changed the overall trend.

I would suggest that everyone should be patient as this bearish dip that is happening in the current crypto market is just temporary and may have been on it's adjustment period. What happened in December was an outlier, and we are back to the prices of 2017 November. IMO, the prices are going to stay below 10K for the rest of this year. Bitcoin needs a major boost to take it to the peak of December 2017, and I can't imagine that happening anytime soon.

If I had no idea you were talking about crypto, or didn't even know what crypto was, I would have to conclude you were observing something artificial, fake, not normal, manipulated etc.  And that is exactly what you are seeing.

This is a very strange situation, when lately only coins that are in top ratings have shown good rates of price growth. Everything else cryptocurrency does not respond to Bitcoin performance at all and it is alarming. And what exactly is it meant by our big support needed? My conservative prediction here is it will go back in years to come, I mean, we will not see a new bull run anytime soon but it's 100% that the new bull run will come. In terms of having the market recovering, for now we cannot be certain about it. There are a lot of things happening lately like the crisis with China restricting bitcoin and other crypto mining as well as El Salvador's state as they become the very first to regulate bitcoin within their territory. If you are currently investing on a coin wherein its value is not increasing nor decreasing, make a move already and do not take part on how they handle their money. People who do get afraid into these kind of situations are to those people who dont have much idea on how this market behaves because if you already been here this market for a while

Actually getting rid of panic is very easy, just don't look at it when the price is down and continue to do other better jobs to help us collect more assets, because if a good coin goes down, it just takes patience to see it go up again. just that.
