You should also provide a screenshot of the email sent by freebitcoin, so we can know what really happened, or you check the balance of your FUN Token whether it has decreased or remains in your account, if it remains it means your withdrawal failed, and maybe you can do another option by selling to Bitcoin and withdrawing it in the form of Bitcoin but as far as I know this will also take time for you to receive the Bitcoin.

yes, I did! no emails about pwd change have been came, only promotions...
I remember there was some problem with authorization emails before, but now the problem seems to be on your end. I just requested to reset my password to see if it works and I received the email in a few seconds.
Did you check your spam folder?
Well, for me though, I've never had any issues with receiving emails for password Change or whatever, even the first time some months back or even over a year now when some persons complained about not getting the mail for password change, I remember trying the same back then and I got the needed mail right there in my mailbox.

So, if the user is complaining about same issue again, I don't actually know what to say, maybe the issue is really from his end as you have said, or maybe it's something peculiar with his freebitco account at the moment, or maybe it has something to do with the mail provider he is using, as for me, I also did try getting the password change mail even now and like you, I got it almost immediately I requested for it, so maybe the user should check himself to ensure the issue isn't from his end.

I do not think that works or will work, the promo emails are basically a means through which the casino advertising their product, or call attention of their users to visit the site/casino everyday if not for anything, atleast to claim the free spin, this also contributes greatly to the site's daily traffic and helps improve its score on the global ranking.

One needs a special email, one specially generated with the code (as a form of verification) to change your account password, the system generates and sends this email and I believe it should be automatic when ever a user Calls the function.

As for the promo emails, that has already been programed to come into our mailboxes on daily basis, regardless of whether or not a human is there behind the screen..

In my case it took few minutes, they sent me tokens pretty fast. I see from other examples in this thread that FUN tokens withdrawal can take pretty long in some cases and that things can get complicated. I guess I had good luck,  and for now, for me, freebitco.in story is over.

Exact same thing happened to me on Feb 7th. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the FUN deposit, I received the withdraw email. When clicking the link to verify the transaction on etherscan, I get the same exact error as you "ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender. "

Just like that, 550k FUN gone.They were withdrawn from the site too/they don't appear in the Premium section anymore. I noticed at the time it was because there were not enough FUN in their wallet https://etherscan.io/address/0x12d4017f232ebb4327e8e0082ed4337084bf2e84#tokentxns

I wrote to support but of course there is no answer. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

So they processed the withdraw, but because there wasn't enough FUN in the wallet it failed, but they still withdrew it from my FBC account and sent me the email. I have some more FUN unlocking soon and will be keeping an eye on that wallet and make sure that I only withdraw when there is enough FUN there.

I am already looking into legal actions I can take, but I am afraid there is not much that can be done.

From what I can understand, most users are not able to withdraw their FUN tokens and this may be because the site owners are not allowing these withdrawals to force people to continue blocking the token or exchanging it for bitcoin on the site and the site owners will come out on top.

In my opinion, it is clear that the owners of this site are going to disappear with people's money and unfortunately most people have not yet realized this and continue using the site. I hope people are able to withdraw everything they have on the site.

You can withdraw, only if there is enough FUN in the wallet. I withdraw at the beginning of January and it took about 1 week but it went through.

My second withdraw at the end of Jan came back as an error.

I have one last batch of FUN unlocking in a few weeks and then I will make sure there is enough FUN in that wallet and withdraw my last batch.

After 4 years on that site I am done with it now.

of course! moreover, it seems like that ALL the letters from freebitcoin have the same sender "noreply@freebitco.in", so they have to come to inbox folder...



I've never had any issues with receiving emails for password Change

I have exchanged RP for WOF spins a couple of days ago and needed to verify my email address for this. I also had no problems receiving service email for confirm mail address



or maybe it's something peculiar with his freebitco account at the moment,

I hope that it is so. and hope that it will be fixed as soon as possible

or maybe it has something to do with the mail provider he is using

what provider are you using? (for the future, just in case)

so maybe the user should check himself to ensure the issue isn't from his end.

I was receiving the promotional emails right yesterday and today (when I can no longer log in) , but not the password reset email that I had requested several times

Yes I see how lucky I was, a lot of people had huge problems with withdrawals.

I withdrew them to Mexc (which is not good decision - to withdraw casino funds directly to exchange wallet, as exchange can flag transaction as problematic).

If you first make a withdrawal from the Freebitcoin site or any other casino to your own address and then only to a centralized exchange, it won't change much. I mean, if a CEX really checks deposits and marks funds from casinos as undesirable, they won't limit themselves to checking only the address from which the deposit was made.
But in the case of MEXC, it seems to me that you shouldn't worry about it because this exchange sometimes adds outright scam tokens, i.e. not really bother with any kind of checks.

Can the token be used elsewhere especially, have people found a better place etc.    Just wondering I havent looked much except at the very start I went to try get some free FUN token from various places but it was tied up in requiring so much paperwork I dont think I ever got any as a bonus.

The end of month price bet is going well for someone because its moving fast in these last few days and I guess has higher chance of a proper break of range.   We been stuck here roughly since November so that has to pay out a bit.
  Not giant odds actually 10 to 1 is ok but sub 80 is 200 to 1, possible but improbable I wish you luck.

Well, I really do not see anything wrong in withdrawing funds from a casino directly to an exchange, and this does not matter what type or which exchange, as a matter of fact, I've withdrawn funds from different casinos and sent directly to exchanges like Binance, bybit, kucoin and several others and I've never had any issues receiving the funds.
I think we all have to understand that casinos are also legitimate businesses just same way exchanges are, so it's completely wrong for any exchange to flag deposits from casino as illegitimate, except there are other issues the exchange has with the casino where the funds is coming from and decide on their own to flag payments coming from the casino.

Well, I really do not see anything wrong in withdrawing funds from a casino directly to an exchange, and this does not matter what type or which exchange, as a matter of fact,
But there are exchanges that don't accept deposits from casinos and may freeze your fund.
For example, depositing fund to coinbase from gambling websites or making a withdrawal to gambling websites is against their terms.

From Coinbase Prohibited & Conditional Use Policy:

Well, I really do not see anything wrong in withdrawing funds from a casino directly to an exchange, and this does not matter what type or which exchange, as a matter of fact, I've withdrawn funds from different casinos and sent directly to exchanges like Binance, bybit, kucoin and several others and I've never had any issues receiving the funds.
I think we all have to understand that casinos are also legitimate businesses just same way exchanges are, so it's completely wrong for any exchange to flag deposits from casino as illegitimate, except there are other issues the exchange has with the casino where the funds is coming from and decide on their own to flag payments coming from the casino.

I think users should read the ToS of exchanges and, based on that, decide whether to make a deposit from a gambling platform or not. For example, Binance states in its ToS that users can't use its services for gambling activities, sports betting, and other similar things, while Bybit doesn't mention gambling in its ToS at all.
Generally, it's worth noting that the ToS of some exchanges are very similar and look like they use the same template. Frankly, it's unclear what they mean by “ participate in gambling activity.” At least it's strange that Binance forbids it in its ToS but, at the same time, continues to keep the FUN token on its platform, which exactly can be used for gambling activity. For example, on the Freebitcoin site.

All you have to do to avoid this is add a few hops and pay your taxes. Easy. They just don't want drug dealers and felons money laundering. If you don't fall under that category then it's not illegal to gamble online.

Didn't know this and how much users are really aware of this? I think it also depends on the amount of money you would withdraw from the casino directly to the exchange. If you stay below a certain number, I don't think an exchange would flag it or that it would cause difficulties even if it is against their terms.

Even though CSFBC and freebitcoin PR accounts periodically appear online on this forum, it is probably naive to expect any response from them. By the way, the last response from CSFBC was in this thread half a year ago, which indicates a complete ignoring of the community by the Freebitcoin team.
