The WOF spins are not credited.
The support doesn't respond to the complaints.
Many people in this thread have reported issues with FUN withdrawals.
The round 11 of lambo lottery ended more than 5 months ago and the winner has not been announced yet. You are even selling the tickets for round 12.

For any customers who have been affected/are currently being affected by the Wheel of Fortune (WoF) Spins, please send me a private message  with your User ID and the length of time you have not received these spins.
The issue with WOF spins is not specific to some users. If you read posts in this thread, you will know that all users are affected.

Aside getting your free spins credited back to you guys, I did love to know if and when you guys get a reply to the email you sent to the management of this casino, because if I am or must be honest with you both, and to everyone else sending messages of emails to the freebitco team, I did tell you guys to quit wasting your precious time on things that wont bring any good result to you.

Having worked in customer service for a multi national previously who had lots of outages can I please point out something completely obvious and say its not this individual's fault; taking flak for a problem not of your own making and even being blamed is seriously not pleasant plus it will not provide a solution to treat any help staff in that way.

  Having someone available can only help we hope alot but remains to be seen.  If people can try to be civil for everyone's sake as it helps nobody to forget your manners.  Just be clear in detailing the problem and the desired solution, I hope they can help.

Unfortunately again getting delay for withdrawal request with Freebitco
I made a request of around 1.2M FUN Token before 5 days and still pending also didnt get any email
Anyone also facing this issue ?

It has been said in this thread that someone was sucessfull almost instantly, that to others it took between 5 and 15 days and someone else concluded that they operate manually twice a month - if it is so, you are still far from an eventual timeline on about middle of march25.

I think not more than 6 to 7 or 8 months ago, someone had come on this thread to claim he was a customer support for freebitco and assured us that the team are working seriously to fix all the issues with the site at that time, I can no longer remember if he actually did successfully address some user's personal issues, but what I do know was that it didn't take long before he (the customer support) stopped replying to messages here, and eventually stopped coming online on this forum.

And here now, we have another whom I believe have come again to give us false hope like they did previously.

hello! I have sent emails to support@freebitco.in as well to fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com on feb 26, but haven't receive any answer except service message from robot with number of ticket is 43719...

on feb 27 I have repeated my email to fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com and didn't even get robot's message!

so, my problem is next... february 22, 2025 I was playing the free btc as usual, but the next morning (feb 23) I opened browser and was surprised that my account was logged out... I tried to log in, but the site said: "incorrect login details" I haven't done anything: haven't logged out, haven't changed my password or email address!

There are some general things that need to be discussed here. Lambo Lottery's concern should be explained publicly here. I don't think I've seen anybody post here that they are still receiving their premium member WOF spins or that their spins have resumed.

Anyway, I'll try a PM @CSFBC

The round 11 of lambo lottery ended more than 5 months ago and the winner has not been announced yet. You are even selling the tickets for round 12.

It's funny that the CSFBC account has ignored community questions in this thread for more than six months but then suddenly appears and claims that there is nothing wrong with the site.

As I mentioned previously, we have received reports where spins have been reinstated after review. 

Regarding mentioned FUN withdrawals, any emails we receive are being handled on an individual basis, and each case is reviewed directly with the account holder. If you are experiencing an issue with your own account, I encourage you to reach out privately with your User ID, so we can assist you directly.

Lolz 😂, I was even thinking that the CSFBC account was a new account, didn't realize it's the same old account from over a year ago, I could have just checked the profile to know but didn't, my bad there.

I think what we should be very concerned on knowing right now is the motive why the account woke up now and is here telling us that nothing is wrong with the site, remember it was said here a few days or weeks ago that freebitco had moved millions of fun tokens to one of this centralized exchanges and are dumping the tokens, this has triggered fear and doubt about in the minds of users, and today, we have a once dead customer support rep come alive again to tell us that nothing is wrong with the site, there must be some hidden agenda why this account woke up now to reassure users that nothing is wrong, maybe they want to make sure that users keep depositing in fresh money on the site, which many may likely end up losing.. 🤔

Lambo Lottery - I appreciate your patience regarding the Lambo Lottery – Round 11 winner announcement.  I’ve escalated this internally, the promotional team has just confirmed that the winner is pending and will be announced soon. 

Typically, the winner is announced on social media and the winner will also receive an official email notification.

I understand the concern about Round 12 tickets being sold before the previous winner has been announced. While I don’t have an exact timeframe yet, I will continue to follow up internally and update you as soon as I have more details. 

WoF Spins - Thank you for all your emails and Private messages regarding this issue.  This has been escalated internally to the relevant team and marked as a matter of urgency.  As soon as I receive a response I will post an update here regarding the missing spins and future spins.

All PM's have now been responded to and we are working our way through the emails.  If you have sent an email regarding either of these issues, the response you receive will reflect the above information for now and once more clarity has been received, we can communicate this with you all.

There are some general things that need to be discussed here. Lambo Lottery's concern should be explained publicly here. Some of us gamble on Freebitco to compete in the Lambo Lottery and since there was not announced the winner of previous Lottery, we want to know the reasons before we continue gambling on Freebitco. You also have to explain to us why Freebitco moved billions of FUN tokens to Binance. Also, what happened to TheQuin and wetsuit? Why don't they come here and say something? I hope you know that their words mean a lot to the community.

He appeared on the forum as the one who was going to address the issues raised here and not only has he done nothing in that time, but now he looks like a typical politician denying the problem.  To this regard I love your pic but I think it would be more fitting one about a landlord who stands outside watching others burn inside the house while drinking his coffee and denies that anything is happening.
