I want my spins back if only because BTC has some possible period of negative action and if you use spins its best to do it at the lower prices in the midst of gloom.   Later on I expect BTC to be 120k or higher possibly, the excessive hype always makes me nervous not that I prefer lower BTC exactly.

The one positive used to be that at 60k for example which I dont know occurs but the silver lining was the spins give a nicer figure and its sunshine on a rainy day.   Its all nominal figures but thats always true, dollar itself changes value every day. 
  So now would be good timing to get that backlog of spins, would cheer me up anyhow since its a fair few at this point.   (Not that I know or think 60k BTC occurs)

After reviewing some recent posts, I want to clarify that FreeBitco remains under the same ownership and management, and no such changes have taken place.
We understand that some concerns have been raised, and while we welcome constructive discussions, speculation and misinformation can create unnecessary confusion.

The freebitcoin site had worked almost perfectly for 10 years. However, everything suddenly changed, and now the project is experiencing a cascade of problems. If the owner and the team are still the same, why have they suddenly stopped caring about their impeccable 10-year reputation? Clearly, there's something you're not telling us.
And it's worth noting that there wouldn't have been some speculation in this thread now if you hadn't ignored the community's questions for more than half a year.

Crazy spread and that really give them a lot of profit. Curious if there are people actually do buying and selling in their platform while people could do these type of transaction on other exchange.

To dumb for people if they decide to sell their fun token at that price since they would lose a lot especially that they are not giving decent figures to their token sellers.

So provably the best option to do which I think this is been done by people is to sell their token in Binance since from their they could get more decent value and great volume which provably don't give them any problems.

The representative on and off communication in the forum makes their progress on recovering their reputation back so slow.

Maybe it’s weekends that’s why the representative is inactive again but his profile show that he is active today I believe he is just lurking on our discussion.

I’m still hoping that they will make a comeback because this casino is already a gem due to their contributions on Bitcoin history back on the faucet days.

Not if and when they come back with a very good reason why they did what they did as to going silent on their own community for more than one year now.

Or maybe a health related reasons may be good enough since someone who is not healthy enough may not even be able to access this forum let alone making a post.

I don't think any reason would justify their actions because of the dealy that they have caused to the issues on the site.
In fact, I don't think the issues are even fixed yet and to be honest, we can't expect them to be resolved any time soon too.

Do you really think health related reason would be justified considering the fact that the issues had been happening for the past 1 year.
Besides that, not everyone from the freebitco.in was unhealthy. We have been seeing CSFBC and freebitco.in PR accounts on and off but none of them clarified the siutation.
Conclusion is not to trust them again, no matter what.

I agree, on the one hand it is good that there is finally here that seems to answers questions (if he really works for the site offcourse) but so far nothing has changed. No draw for the lambo has been performed, no WOF spins has been back credited to anyone,... Unless wetsuit would suddenly pop up here, there will always be speculation that the ownership changed.

I want to provide an update regarding my case.

Since then, I have sent over 100+ emails with detailed information, including the address, date, user ID, and withdrawal address.

Only in November did I finally receive a response from FB support:

Since then, they have completely ignored me and my follow-up emails.

Nothing ridiculous here if I must be sincere with you, you yourself mentioned "automated", the emails are simply automated just as you have said, the system has been programmed to push out/send this email to every one who is a premium user on the site at every set time or period, could be once every month or once every three months or once every six months, if we can pay attention to when last  such email was sent, and then check the time or how before the one that was sent today, you will discover it's an email that's been programmed to sent out automatically after one of the period of times I mentioned.

Old gamblers likely will not fall for the email since I believe anyone active on that site should already know what is going on, but then, newbies who came across such email and and subscribed to it without first doing their own research is definitely to be blamed for what ever be the outcome of their action.
