Yeah right, even asking the Quinn or wetsuit to drop a simple reply on this thread posting that they are working already on different department is very do and will not consume a lot of time yet they decided to become discreet about this and create this new account for support purposes.

I’m curious why they need to hide important details like this while the community will still support them as long as they keep the service running smoothly the same as before.

Well, they will post the update if there is any work is being done in the background. Seems like there isn't any positive outcome to come anytime soon and freebitco user may continue to experience the same problems over and over again for next few months maybe.
Also as some of the people mentioning that they should wake up to save their reputations, I guess they have already lost it and it will be hard to regain the same trust among the gamblers, even if they come back.

The representative on and off communication in the forum makes their progress on recovering their reputation back so slow.

Maybe it’s weekends that’s why the representative is inactive again but his profile show that he is active today I believe he is just lurking on our discussion.

I’m still hoping that they will make a comeback because this casino is already a gem due to their contributions on Bitcoin history back on the faucet days.

I just checked my email now and discovered that it all started on the 9th which is the day before yesterday, I received two marketing email messages both containing 1 free wheel of fortune, I tried spinning those now but unfortunately, they had already expired.

And yesterday being the 10th of March, I recieved 3 different marketing emails all containing 1 free wheel of fortune each, I spinned the three one after the other and won lottery tickets and bitcoin Satoshis.
Today, I have already received 2 marketing emails with 2 free spin altogether which i just finished spinning before coming around to post this comment..

Seems to me the team are already working hard to restore the site back to its previous and normal state, and maybe the 3 free spins every day now is a kind of compensation or something?.

As always... words are one thing, actions are another. As far as I remember (and someone can correct me if I'm wrong) CSFBC has already come once (or maybe twice), promised something, and then disappeared. To be clear, I'm not saying it will be like that this time. I'm not impatient, I'm just reminding you of what happened... Just showing up might give someone false hope, and that's something nice...

You've got to be kidding, right? I had to check, but the problems started about 1 year ago, and today not only have they not been resolved, but new ones are just piling up.

In my opinion, it makes no sense for a site to spend many months with the same problems and people continue to use the site.

It's not only in the Trustpilot but also if you follow this thread, you will find that things aren't getting any better for freebitco. However, at the same time, you will see that there isn't much decline in the usage of this site. Gamblers still willing to gambling there, deposit their money and want to risk it. I have no words for such gamblers who continue to trust this site.

I remember that freebitco were running their signature campaign on bitcointalk too but ever since it was stopped due to these issues, they aren't able to recover from this crisis.

So I read the fine print of the Lambo lottery and it said that winners have 180 days to claim their prize.  The drawing for Round 11 was I think a little less than 180 days ago, so maybe the winner just never claimed their Lambo and they can't start a new drawing until either the winner claims their prize or the 180-day mark?

Truth be told, though, I don't think that's happening.  That's the most optimistic view of things, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the Lambo lottery was never even real.  What's stopping them from making up a bogus user ID every 6 months and claiming that was the "winner"?  No one would be able to call them on it.  As a matter of fact, what if the big WOF prizes are fake too?  That's even easier to falsify than the Lambo.  Maybe the reason they stopped handing tons of WOF spins to premium members was because if enough people rolled we might eventually catch on that all we can win is rewards tokens, lottery tickets, and a handful of sats.

Of course, there's no way I can definitively prove any of that, but the burden of proof doesn't lie on me—FBC is making the claim that they're giving away luxury cars and smartphones and Rolexes, so they're the ones who need to prove it, and I see no evidence that the Lambo or WOF prizes exist or are possible to win.  Ordinarily I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but with how shady the people running the site have been acting lately, we should probably start demanding some sort of evidence that the prizes are real and attainable.

I once saw a message from a Lambo lottery winner, I think it was in this forum thread, I don't remember how long ago it was, but it definitely happened. He then received about 3.5BTC on his freebitcoin balance and in his personal account statistics it was shown as a deposit. And about Lambo and other expensive prizes in WOF - Rolex, iPhone and Amazon gift card - these are not real prizes, but conditional designations of the winning amount, for example, Rolex is a prize of $ 10,000, iPhone a prize of $ 1,000, Amazon gift card $ 500 or something like that. And Lamborghini is a conditional name for a prize of $ 200,000

Lamborghini is a conditional name

They altered the delivery costs to be at the cost of the winner at some point, if its purely virtual why bother.
  I think there was discussion about people who wanted a Lambo delivered to the top of the Nepal mountain ranges or the middle of the Amazon rainforest and how the car would be worth more for its rarity then the cash.    Its just unlikely anyone demands the car when choosing cash is giving interest immediately, a bonus income over the car which often requires costs immediately; maybe in some backlog of that model. 

Lamborghini models can run at a surplus market price to the listed RRP, I think its most often the newest released models or limited editions.   I know Ferrari has strict requirements, they'll sue you if you sell your own car after receiving it on conditions its not allowed or modify it which is funny tbh.

People were concerned on the last issue of the golden tickets and information released or was it ever completed.  If thats the case its pretty big as an ongoing absence.  I only had a few tickets, I only got a few now but still want to know one way or the other asap.

The round 11 of lambo lottery ended 158 day ago and they haven't done the draw at all.
They haven't even published the tickets list yet.

The lottery is provably fair and the winning ticket number is determined randomly through some mathematical calculations.

Can't deny that they built a good community for many years and people will not leave them as easy as that since for sure that there's still lots of people looking for some changes to happen and if they can still gamble here without facing any issues.

Although for sure that there trust has been lessen due to past and current controversy this casino is facing that's why we see some negative discussion and other discouragement to gamble here again since people are not satisfied on how this casino currently performing. But its really better for people to take precaution and let those situation happen as warning so that they would encounter any bigger issue if there's something bad happen with this casino.

There have already been at least 3 users from this forum who won the Lambo lottery on the freebitcoin site. This is Kryptoverdienst, who won 3.08 BTC in round 5, then soslex won 10.27 BTC in round 7, and Kingqa980 won 7.44 BTC in round 9.
As for the prizes, the terms of the Lambo lottery stated that a winner could get a physical prize, i.e. a car if desired. However, all winners obviously chose BTC, as a physical prize implies additional shipping costs and fees.

Absolutely correct, I also have once read the terms and conditions that comes with winning items and choosing to get the item physically shipped to you, specially with the lambo, I read a line which states that one can actually get a physical lambo shipped to him if that's his choice, but the duty of the company is to buy the lambo, every other expenses from shipping cost to clearing and duty charged falls on the winner of the lambo, and to be honest, in most countries, shipping, clearing and duty charge will cost a whole lots of money, before one begin to talk about registration and licensing, and this is not to even consider the risk that comes with shipping, any thing (an accident) could happen which could lead to loss of item.

I guess all this is the reason why all winners of any physical items haven't always opted to get the equivalent worth in bitcoin, it's fast, safer, more convenient, and also an asset that could appreciate in value if the winner decide to keep it for sometime.

I am experiencing something really weird, I deposited some btc to my account, then I tried to withdraw, then all of a suddent I try to connect to my account it says password is not right, I am 100% sure that the password is correct, when trying recovering password, the email never arrives, and also the withdraw never went through

Does it really matter anymore? Is their attempt to restore the site back done for better or for worse for us? The issues have been going on for more than a year, their representatives, wetsuit and TheQuin didn't come here to post something about the ongoing problems, the only way they've been communicating with us was through the PR team and a new CSFBC account. We have no real idea about what's going on and even if they try to restore the site to its original state and they succeed, past experience should tell us to avoid this website in the future. The team isn't professional, it doesn't take more than a year to fix simple problems. The owners don't care about communicating with the community.  I always learn from my mistakes and others' mistakes.
