I am experiencing something really weird, I deposited some btc to my account, then I tried to withdraw, then all of a suddent I try to connect to my account it says password is not right, I am 100% sure that the password is correct, when trying recovering password, the email never arrives, and also the withdraw never went through
Tried contacting CSFBC and he doesnt answer

what can i do please?

Just wait. Problems like yours have been going on for a year. Eventually they are solved, but it's a shame you have to wait. The way the site works is lousy. The good thing is that we haven't heard of anyone who hasn't been able to finally withdraw in a year of problems, but not being able to withdraw your money and the way the site works I think it would be denounceable, although who knows who to report it to.

There are complaints about withdrawals, complaints about Fun tokens, complaints about WOF spins. If you look at more comments, something like comments from the last 6 months, you will see that they are the same complaints. In my opinion, it makes no sense for a site to spend many months with the same problems and people continue to use the site.

It makes sense because many users don't gamble their funds there and don't make deposits IMO, they just play with the money they earn from the faucet or from their referrals. Some others still make deposits but don't leave much money and make regular withdrawals. That's what I am doing, I make deposits from time to time but I don't leave funds anymore to get passive earnings.

Just wait. Problems like yours have been going on for a year. Eventually they are solved, but it's a shame you have to wait. The way the site works is lousy. Yes, many users probably don't make deposits anymore. And that's not surprising because as long as the Freebitcoin team doesn't resolve the issues, the site's user activity will decrease. This is indirectly evidenced by the fact that the monthly traffic has become noticeably less and the decrease in gambling activity. For example, the decrease in gambling activity is reflected in the small number of golden tickets in round 12 relative to the previous round of the Lambo lottery, as well as the fact that users aren't wagering as much to participate in the daily leaderboards as they did a year ago.

The fact that they are still paying is the best thing about the site but other than that, I would never deposit any money on it anymore. Funny to see that the new so claimed support guy from freebitco.in is already not answering any more.

I actually got an email from FBC today, some 2x promotion yadda yadda yadda. I didn't read it and just ignored it.
And it came after like 2 weeks of complete silence. I'd say something is very wrong on their side

Looks like they are gearing up again. I wish they would have done this a year ago, avoiding getting their reputation spoilt.

They were operating without any issues for around 10 years. Freebitco was known as faucet only. As a faucet, they have gained great reputation by processing the withdrawals in time. Moreover, wetsuit and TheQuin were taking care of the issues on a regular basis here in the forum. As a result, the support wasn't really necessary at Freebitco. But they have disappeared from the forum while all these issues started to happen. The users of Freebitco were never looking for the support team desperately like that before 2024.

Yeah that is true. I have been a member for a long time and never experienced any real issues with them and I never needed to contact them. When TheQuin was still here, he was active and responding on all the issues/suggestions that were posted here. Those days seem over.

The team isn't professional, it doesn't take more than a year to fix simple problems. The owners don't care about communicating with the community.  I always learn from my mistakes and others' mistakes.

I think I have been Scammed by them, They just took the money and banned my account

I tried creating another account to see if  I can receive Emails from them, and Indeed I do receive the forgotten password email for that account, but for the one that I deposited BTC to I receive nothing.

Also still no answer from the support

Yes, until last year, everything worked fine. I received over 10 emails a few days ago. I don’t know if they are backlogged emails or if it was due to a malfunction. It is too annoying to open all of them and claim the ticket, but I did open some of them and most had a valid ticket which hadn’t expired yet.



I wouldn’t hold my breath that things are going back to normal. Any time there is progress in one area, some other thing stops working. It looks like FUN withdrawals haven’t been processed in several days.
