Just got an email “ Stay Updated With Your Premium Membership”
I received the same email as you a few hours ago and note that it was not the first time they sent email about their premium membership. It was just an automated email that was sent to all users. Nothing more. I have recevied the same email many times. It's really ridiculous that they are still promoting their premium membership through emails while they don't credit WOF spins at all. Nothing ridiculous here if I must be sincere with you, you yourself mentioned "automated", the emails are simply automated just as you have said, the system has been programmed to push out/send this email to every one who is a premium user on the site at every set time or period, could be once every month or once every three months or once every six months, if we can pay attention to when last such email was sent, and then check the time or how before the one that was sent today, you will discover it's an email that's been programmed to sent out automatically after one of the period of times I mentioned. Old gamblers likely will not fall for the email since I believe anyone active on that site should already know what is going on, but then, newbies who came across such email and and subscribed to it without first doing their own research is definitely to be blamed for what ever be the outcome of their action. I think all members on bitcointalk forum now what is going on with the site and we do see an influx on newbies that signup here also to get more information also which is good. But indeed, some members might fall for it. They have send out this email a couple of times these last couple of weeks.

Customer Support Team Freebitco.inYeah right, even asking the Quinn or wetsuit to drop a simple reply on this thread posting that they are working already on different department is very do and will not consume a lot of time yet they decided to become discreet about this and create this new account for support purposes.
I’m curious why they need to hide important details like this while the community will still support them as long as they keep the service running smoothly the same as before.
Well, they will post the update if there is any work is being done in the background. Seems like there isn't any positive outcome to come anytime soon and freebitco user may continue to experience the same problems over and over again for next few months maybe.  Also as some of the people mentioning that they should wake up to save their reputations, I guess they have already lost it and it will be hard to regain the same trust among the gamblers, even if they come back. The representative on and off communication in the forum makes their progress on recovering their reputation back so slow. Maybe it’s weekends that’s why the representative is inactive again but his profile show that he is active today I believe he is just lurking on our discussion. I’m still hoping that they will make a comeback because this casino is already a gem due to their contributions on Bitcoin history back on the faucet days.

So they deleted all pervious weekly winners list before round 505. No news on lambo lottery 11 winner yet. I'm sure they're gonna do the same with lambo 11 just like weekly round 504.

Well, I am actually wondering how we really believe the CSFBC account to be really a customer support for freebitco, was there anyone or group of persons that carried a reseach on that account to ascertain for real that the account or person behind that account is really from the desk of freebitco? This is a forum where anyone can come out, create an account using a name of any service or company and claim to be the customer support of that service or company. So, I personally think we should first be sure that the person behind the mentioned account is really from freebitco before we begin to tell or decide whether what he or she said about the site being in perfect shape; is a lie or true.

There’s no report that he does shady behavior even on PM so far so I doubt that he is just doing this out of good will.

So, from the both information, we are really sure that the person behind the account is really a part of the freebitco team, then if he says nothing is wrong with the site, we have no choice but to believe him because if we think deep about what he said, we will discover that nothing really, is wrong with the site, all information that is currently not available on the site are all human decisions, for example.. The site can not update itself to tell us who the last lambo lottery winner is, it is the management that should update this and if they have deliberately refused to do it, it does not mean that something is wrong with the site lol 😁

it seems to be true... when he answered me on the forum last week ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.msg65137223#msg65137223), support actually sent me an email! but they still haven't solved my issue yet

Not available on the weekends, during the week, on holidays and vacations as well. In other words, not available for a whole year already. It doesn't make sense you come back to this thread to say empty words and to give false expectations to users. The reputation of your service is ruined. You are advertising a scam premium program while accumulating complaints which are never addressed. Other casino like blackjack.fun has a support with same working hour like this but now they improved by making their support available everyday with just some time off which is much better than support unavailable on whole day. This issue usually due to lack of personnel to cover the shift for casino operating hours. They should start improving this or else their casino will always received criticism now that they are on the bad side of the forum.

Lolz, I honestly think that the customer service of freebitco not working during weekends is not really a big issue compared to the issues that are currently on ground and need urgent fixing, many have lost trust in freebitco not exactly for the customer service not being available during the weekend, but more them not even responding at all even during the weeks which is supposed to be their working time, plus several other issues. I did say that the management of this casinos should focus and gain back their once good reputation, then maybe we can discuss about the not working on weekend later on. I don't know if any one have asked this before, but I am asking @CSFBC what happened to wesuit and TheQuin? Are they both OK.?

I have started getting my emails for daily WOF spins !! Anyone else? I am still not getting the Premium 8 daily WOF spins I should be receiving for holding FUN tokens and they are still advertising the Premium features with the daily FREE WOF spins as part of the advert!!
So glad i took my BTC off the site but its annoying that I purchased and sent FUN tokens to this website..

Thanks very much to the both of you for the useful information, @SaladFork not to say I don't believe you but would have been nice if you had quoted the post or maybe shared a screenshot of it, but still, thanks for the information anyway.
So, from the both information, we are really sure that the person behind the account is really a part of the freebitco team, then if he says nothing is wrong with the site, we have no choice but to believe him because if we think deep about what he said, we will discover that nothing really, is wrong with the site, all information that is currently not available on the site are all human decisions, for example.. The site can not update itself to tell us who the last lambo lottery winner is, it is the management that should update this and if they have deliberately refused to do it, it does not mean that something is wrong with the site lol 😁

I have started getting my emails for daily WOF spins !! I started getting those a while back, it was never a great absence not that I wasted alot of time worrying about it too much but it all counts as a positive if working as hoped for. The subscribe to notify for a free spin is working and it wasnt previously ? was not sure if that was just me or not but seemed to be ok now on last check, thats another free spin. I hope someone hip bumps the server rack power junction box back into life on their way to the coffee machine one day in the Lost FBC underground nuclear bunker complex one day and accidentally fixes all that woes the site, somehow I expect it will take a little more luck, care and skill then that but we'll see.

It will be difficult for the Freebitcoin team to regain its former reputation, even though most users are quite patient and loyal. As for TheQuin, it has been asked before, and CSFBC mentioned that TheQuin has other responsibilities under a different department, and that's why he supposedly doesn't participate in this forum anymore. Also, CSFBC mentioned that the site remains under the same ownership and management. However, that doesn’t sound very convincing, does it?

CSFBC is back after months of inactivity, free WoF spins are back (3 emails in the last two days, and today already 2)... CSFBC says that premium WoF spins are working for some, I don't know how it happened that it doesn't work for all of us on the forum, but it works for some others... a little strange, but it doesn't matter.
