Is there anyone who still hold large sums of BTC in freebitco.in after all that happened since last year? I guess we had more than enough time to cashout all our funds from this platform before the final colapse, which can happen anytime. The warning above is really serious and shouldn't be ignored by any users. There is nothing else to be expected from freebitco.in. I'm thankful for all good and nostalgic moments I had on this platform, but this is a very disgraceful way to die and to ruin all the good work built along the years.
If I remember correctly, you can be said to be one of the investors in freebitcoin with a high number of FUN Tokens.
Not following your FUN Token investment thread, have you sold it? if not, you should immediately withdraw all funds there before it's too late, even though it's a loss, losing everything is much worse.
Investing in altcoins is indeed very risky, considering how trustworthy this casino was at that time, I'm sure no one believed that they could be like this

FUN token existed even before becoming available on freebitco and as far as I know, it can be used for gambling on DPLAY.
After freebitco shuts down, FUN may drop in price more, but I expect it to be still available on some exchanges.

That's right. Even if freebitco.in shuts down the FUN token will still operate as it does because freebitco.in was just a partner and not the owner of the FUN token project.
FUN token owners are still operating but the fall of freebitco.in has surely impacted the price of FUN token.
The price has depreciated so much over the last few quarters that it's almost going to 1 satoshi in the next few months if it keeps going this way.

I tried to withdraw from Freebitco the slow way, and I made a couple mistakes.   I am wondering if anyone else has done something dumb like this and whether the withdrawal will eventually time out or I can cancel somehow.

When you say about one week, it's more than one full week or less than this delay? Because it's quite unusual for Bitcoin withdrawals to take such time since many weeks now. So it would be surprising and a bit concerning if what you are saying is true. In addition it's not what some other users have recently reported on this thread, so if you are not exaggerating the duration of your wait there is certainly an issue regarding your account I guess.

Just to let everyone know I transferred my FREEBITCO Reward points to Satoshis successfully and also managed to withdraw all my Sats to my external wallet with Success too within 15 minutes!

I am thinking of withdrawing all my FUN tokens too as they promised months ago I would get my missing daily FREE WOF spins but still nothing is happening with them! It's such a shame I used to LOVE the Freebitco.in app but seems like it is a disgrace these days!! No support replies for ages about this!!

So happy I withdrew ok but a shame this site is not working as it should do!

I sent FUN tokens few weeks ago with no problems (but it seems that many other people had problems with their withdrawal). If you plan to sell them you can get better price on exchanges then on freebitco.in. I immediately sold them as soon as they hit exchange.

No regrets as I am pretty positive their price will not going up.

I'll write this down as a general rule but I dont disagree as such with any opinions as people can do as they want.    Price of any asset is not an absolute, its more of a label that can vary and match whatever the market wants it to be.
  FBC might be the biggest operator and user of this token but if as you said the token lives on regardless, it seems fairly obvious we are seeing selling pressure more then anything its liquidity not an absolute change in value.

I would advise alot of caution in the alt market as some want you to sell out, the extremes are easily possible with such liquid markets.  Doge coin went to 1 sat, went under that price off the books I dont doubt some dumped it at even lower prices.  Yet it was worth more just not in that exact moment.
   There are some quite ruthless trades and tactics used to game people on order books, I dont deal these markets and I dont hold many alt coins like when everyone used to be mining them etc.   Just from what I remember you got to be ready for giant swings even larger then BTC experiences; I do think this or almost any token can go up again despite the expectations.
   Long term I dont know, would require alot more consideration but I dont see the business sense in losing a reasonable active prospect doesnt make alot of sense to me.

Also when BTC goes down in value, thats the common denominator.  It relieves pressure on the price, maybe not immediately and perhaps its not enough but other times Ive seen BTC sell off and ALT coins boom its quite amazing.  I was richer when BTC was going down quite often, back when I held many alt coins that is.
  The market can be ironic and unpredictable, I think BTC rises longer out but negative until spring closes out perhaps is fair as its done similar previous.

When the website was working normally, there was never any occasion where billions of tokens were moved out of the wallet in a short period of time. There was a handful of times where amounts over 100 million were transferred to market maker wallets and Uniswap pools.

After they started having problems is when these really huge transfers started happening. 8 months ago they sent 2 billion FUN to Binance. They received 1.5 billion FUN a few weeks later, but have since transferred another 1 billion tokens to Binance in January and 2.6 billion tokens this past week.

Whether this means that they are close to shutting down, I can’t say for sure. All that can be done is to withdraw any remaining funds from the site in case there are liquidity issues in the near future.

Over the past many months, who and how many times have thought that the site was about to shut down? There have been many strange situations, the site still doesn't work properly, and doesn't deliver everything it promises... the amount of WoF spins owed to users is growing day by day. I doubt it will ever be resolved.

I believe no one is sure what will happen... for now, it seems like the chance of shutdown is higher than recovery, but I guess we will see. Time is passing, this can't work like this forever. Or can it?

Freebitco's support has been non functional or responsive for as long as the issue with the casino began early last year or late upper last year, I am even surprised to read that you get a response from them whenever you complain about wheel of fortune spin that is not credited.

If one have any issue with their account on freebitco, the best they can do is to try as much as possible to find a way to sort out the issue their self, depending on support for response and help is a complete waste of time from what I and many others have seen so far.

And speaking of your 2fa not having your country code, I don't understand what you mean by this, does a 2fa code have to have a country code in it before it works? This is the first time I am hearing or reading about this, I still assume I don't understand what you mean though, maybe you could explain a bit further.

Sorry, I mean I do not have my 2FA code as it was made many years ago, and 4-year-ago me wasn't smart. I still have the number I put in, but as the first 2 digits of my number are "44", and the UK area code is +44, it's sending the 2FA code to an invalid number... I've tried many different things, but the only thing I can do at this point is reach out to support =/... I literally just need them to change it to add the correct country code in front, but something's telling me it won't happen.

Maybe we cannot expect anything from that casino anymore since for many months they continue to act weird. So with those performance they provide to their community I think that good indicator already for them to leave that casino. Since for sure that there's so many options to choose rather than staying on that total questionable ones.

So basically, I tried to withdraw to a Segwit/bech32 address that starts with bcXXXXX... - It prompted me to use a "profile address" which I now realize was the legacy withdrawal address I used in the past, but it was late at night and didn't click with me that I needed to change withdraw address on profile.
The same thing happened to others too (use of a bech address, use of a different crypto address, etc.) and if I remember correctly, using an address to withdraw that is not supported by freebtc causes the withdrawal to be canceled automatically.

It is not possible for users to cancel a withdrawal after it has "entered processing" so the only thing you can do is wait for it to be canceled on its own.
