It is the question if Wetsuit and TheQuin are still owning a casino. There were speculations if they still own the casino after they disappeared.

Only active person on forum who is linked to freebitco.in is Freebitco.in pr and I don't know if he is just a troll or legit freebitco.in employee.

CSFBC posted some time ago that Quin was transferred to another department. Need to dig up that quote.

No idea about wetsuit though.

I remembered seeing this too during the Freebitco.in PR announcement  that CSFBC account will be the one who will handle concerns here while user demands for Quinn or Wetsuit to step up and make a statement here that didn’t happened.

This casino is surely surrounded by many negative speculation because they never clear everything that related to the real ownership stand of this casino.

If this is what has happened and why The Quin is no longer active on this forum, then I guess it's very understandable, but I actually thought that his account belonged to him and has nothing to do with the casino management? What this was supposed to mean is that both The Quin and Wetsuit could still visit the forum on their own and even participate in discussions without getting involved in critical matters that concerns the casino.

What i am getting to learn from all of this is that freebitco has never been transparent to their users from the onset, it makes no sense to me that this two (The Quin and Wetsuit) are banned from being active on this forum simply because they both (likely) were transfered to another department, I deliberately used the word  "banned" because that's what it seems like it is.

Seems to me the team are already working hard to restore the site back to its previous and normal state, and maybe the 3 free spins every day now is a kind of compensation or something?.
The team isn't professional, it doesn't take more than a year to fix simple problems. The owners don't care about communicating with the community.  I always learn from my mistakes and others' mistakes.

fbc has never been professional, you only have to look at the layout of the site or how they handle the sports betting.
There were some issues mostly on the token and it seems that they have solved so.w of the issue because I have not seen people complain about the issue like before again though I have not visited the thread for sometimes now so we might be wrong. And their professionalism was on doubt but things can change and according to some comments I saw if they are giving FS and people used it successful with no issue and the withdrawal is smoothly then things can be restored to normalcy again.
When a casino has an issue, for the ones which really want do well again clean themselves from those mess and reclaim their reputation.

Thanks for the share. This is exactly what I read before and look the follow up question after that announcement.

Many are not satisfied since Quinn never makes an official statement to verify everything stated is real. This is the main reason why people here don’t trust anymore this casino.

One simple login on his account and post that it’s true is very simple yet  not happened even until now.

I don't think they are using a different address for proccesing withdrawals and most probably, there are again issues with FUN withdrawals.

Has anyone else noticed, freebitco.in has been frequent mails with promotions and others, all with the WoF spins.
Looks like they are gearing up again. I wish they would have done this a year ago, avoiding getting their reputation spoilt.

I received over 10 emails a few days ago. I don’t know if they are backlogged emails or if it was due to a malfunction. It is too annoying to open all of them and claim the ticket, but I did open some of them and most had a valid ticket which hadn’t expired yet.

I wouldn’t hold my breath that things are going back to normal. Any time there is progress in one area, some other thing stops working. It looks like FUN withdrawals haven’t been processed in several days.

May be you're right. It could be the backlog emails that we had not received for so many days or may be freebitco.in is feeling generous.
We have seen issues on the site and someone posted a consolidated list of issues back then.
Right now the major issue we see on the site is FUN token withdrawals not being processed but what other issues do we have ?
May be someone posts the lists of issues or the link to previous consolidated list of issues then we can track it's status on the site.

The wallet only has 575 tokens remaining. Sometimes it takes several days or even weeks before they get around to refilling it. Most token holders might not be familiar with this thread, but every once in a while we do see people coming here to complain about their withdrawals taking a long time. That was the case with Mohd1983 who finally got his tokens a few days ago when the wallet was refilled with 5,000,000 tokens.

As for the free spins, I think it was due to a glitch where the daily push notification was sent an extra amount of times.

I withdrew FUN to my wallet 15 days ago, I got the email, but I still haven't received FUN? Does anyone know why? and when can I receive FUN.

Exact same thing happened to me on Feb 7th. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the FUN deposit, I received the withdraw email. When clicking the link to verify the transaction on etherscan, I get the same exact error as you "ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender. "

I wrote to support but of course there is no answer. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

So they processed the withdraw, but because there wasn't enough FUN in the wallet it failed, but they still withdrew it from my FBC account and sent me the email. I have some more FUN unlocking soon and will be keeping an eye on that wallet and make sure that I only withdraw when there is enough FUN there.

I am already looking into legal actions I can take, but I am afraid there is not much that can be done.




I  messaged FBC support and they replied that they would be in touch "early this week" and it is now "end of the week" and no response.
My emails are also going unanswered. Over one month with 550k FUN gone, no email, no response, silence from their end.

They do they withdrawal and if there isn't enough FUN in their wallet then you're SOL.
They remove the FUN from your FBC account and then send a blank tx/no FUN to your withdrawal wallet.

So they processed the withdraw, but because there wasn't enough FUN in the wallet it failed, but they still withdrew it from my FBC account and sent me the email. I have some more FUN unlocking soon and will be keeping an eye on that wallet and make sure that I only withdraw when there is enough FUN there.

I am already looking into legal actions I can take, but I am afraid there is not much that can be done.




I  messaged FBC support and they replied that they would be in touch "early this week" and it is now "end of the week" and no response.
My emails are also going unanswered. Over one month with 550k FUN gone, no email, no response, silence from their end.

They do they withdrawal and if there isn't enough FUN in their wallet then you're SOL.
They remove the FUN from your FBC account and then send a blank tx/no FUN to your withdrawal wallet.


The same situation with me
The thing is that it happened to me in August24 and I still don't get my Fun tokens. Beside me there was another user with the same problem back to that time.
So they scam users on their fun tokens systematically.

Seems to me the team are already working hard to restore the site back to its previous and normal state, and maybe the 3 free spins every day now is a kind of compensation or something?.
The team isn't professional, it doesn't take more than a year to fix simple problems. The owners don't care about communicating with the community.  I always learn from my mistakes and others' mistakes.

fbc has never been professional, you only have to look at the layout of the site or how they handle the sports betting.
There were some issues mostly on the token and it seems that they have solved so.w of the issue because I have not seen people complain about the issue like before again though I have not visited the thread for sometimes now so we might be wrong. And their professionalism was on doubt but things can change and according to some comments I saw if they are giving FS and people used it successful with no issue and the withdrawal is smoothly then things can be restored to normalcy again.
When a casino has an issue, for the ones which really want do well again clean themselves from those mess and reclaim their reputation.

Too many conclusions not enough detail sadly, we are guessing negative because that is the fear but I said already my basic take which is not a pure negative but just an old site needing more attention.  Just that alone is enough to serve the same complaints and really Im not saying its any better or defensible but I doubt the idea its on purpose.

It is the question if Wetsuit and TheQuin are still owning a casino. There were speculations if they still own the casino after they disappeared.

Only active person on forum who is linked to freebitco.in is Freebitco.in pr and I don't know if he is just a troll or legit freebitco.in employee.

CSFBC posted some time ago that Quin was transferred to another department. Need to dig up that quote.

No idea about wetsuit though.

I remembered seeing this too during the Freebitco.in PR announcement  that CSFBC account will be the one who will handle concerns here while user demands for Quinn or Wetsuit to step up and make a statement here that didn’t happened.

This casino is surely surrounded by many negative speculation because they never clear everything that related to the real ownership stand of this casino.

I've got your point but I don't completely agree with you. There is a bustabit and bustadice who kept their very old design but they are still one of the best crypto casino, almost no one has ever complained about them and today still lots of players gamble there. PrimeDice also kept PrimeDice untouched, kept its old look but created a new casino on Stake.com domain.
I thought that Freebitco had the same approach but when they acquired FUN token, I was expecting something cool and new from them. They created a new casino for FUN token but didn't touch Freebitco, which was a huge mistake to my mind but they also didn't promote a new casino. So, then I came to the conclusion that Freebitco was unprofessional or inattentive but since they were paying money, I was sometimes gambling there but one year ago, when issues started after issue, I understood that this project failed and immediately withdrew my coins. Today I still see lots of people complaining and I don't understand where were these people months ago? If issues don't get solved for more than a year, you should wake up and gamble somewhere else.

Another hypothesis could be, he doesn't want anymore to post messages on the forum or in PM either because he can't give some informations about what is going on with the platform and he is ashamed of the situation. If he was here, dozens of people would ask him every day to credit their missing WOFs and cashback from the Premium Membership program along with refund requests from the guys who have been phished with fake deposit adresses.
