You have your personal point of view regarding this matter buddy, but I think liquidation is always applicable even maket is still down because there is what we called pre-liquidation an then final liquidation, they can always perform pre liquidation for everyones satisfaction and if valud is great then proceed to final liquidation.

I think you need to understand first what is bancor?. Bancor is somewhat like an exchange which we can buy and sell tokens. But it differs on the mechanics just like in the exchange, the buyers and sellers should be match while in bancor every transactions only needs a smart contract then you can do it by your own which doesn't need to be matched in both side. For me it is good that the team embracing it because it makes people move and do freely what they want without waiting from others approval. Hope the team will succeed in this matter.
