For anyone keeping score, and without giving away private information, this is the same group of accounts that have been back and forth on the forums for the past week or so, who were caught deliberately breaking our terms and conditions and then threatened us with bad PR when action was taken against them.

We are here to help to rectify issues for our players, but cannot allow Cloudbet to be publicly attacked in this manner by fraudulent account holders.

Also, they were given licence back in 2015 and the duration of these licences are 3 years. Since the contract was signed 10th of February 2015. E gambling Montenegro lost its licence!

Everyone please be aware that @Cloudbet has never answered a single question with a FACT, he is mentioning some ADR but never stated who or what they are or even stated EVIDENCE for not paying out their players.

I would be REALLY careful if I were you.

Because everything you wrote is a LIE and your lack of evidence providing any kind of proof for accusations will help every single one of your users leave you.

You are closing accounts just because they are making profit.
