@emurla9 We very much appreciate you sending in your verification information so quickly. Unfortunately the review process has to be performed manually which can take slightly longer. I'm very sorry that you have had to wait this time, but as soon as the checks are complete your withdrawal will be processed.

We have these procedures in place to protect our customers and their deposits, something i'm sure you can appreciate. We will always pay out our players, to do otherwise would be highly detrimental to a crypto casino and sportsbook within a small industry that relies heavily on reputation and word of mouth to attract new customers.

Hi everyone!

I’m Ronnie, and I’ve recently joined the team at Cloudbet as Social and Community Manager.

Most of my previous experience comes from the gaming world, with a little bit of licensing and consumer rights thrown in for good measure. Although my primary focus will be on growing our social media channels and planning content/events to keep our players engaged, I’ve also spent some time in the past working in the customer support sector, so I’m looking forward to helping out where I can with any problems that may arise via social media, Reddit, and of course, here on Bitcointalk.

Cloudbet has been growing in leaps and bounds over the last few months, due in no small part to the introduction of bitcoin cash to our sportsbook and casino betting options, as well as improvements to our UI, expanded sports coverage, and even more live casino games. With this growth has come an investment in the organisation, expanding key teams to better serve our burgeoning community and providing a more complete service to our players.

I’ll be taking the reins over from Peter who you will probably know from previous Cloudbet forum posts - he’s been very active in helping players with support issues over the past few months so I hope to live up to the high standards he has set and keep you all happy and gaming for a long while to come!

Before you announce promotions etc. , it would be better if you solve your customers problems first , right ?
There are some problems as i read in the previous pages and a lot of guys disputted their claims there for not received withdrawal, right ?

You tell me, because we make the verification manually, it can take longer time. Sorry but when most of the bookies like bet365, pinnacle can do it in few hours, how on the earth you can do it for 5 days till now ?

I am sorry but this is really annoying situation and i believe, you will not pay nobody's winnings there.

Please verify my account and send my money soon before i submit complaint by all platforms.

@emurla9 Nice to meet you! I've just caught up with our support teams about your situation and they have assured me that your payment will be processed soon, your verification checks are underway as we speak.

Unfortunately the other providers you mentioned do currently have more manpower than us, but we are actively working to increase our support numbers to offer our players a better experience. You are of course free to vent your frustrations wherever you see fit but this will not speed the process up any more.

There are many competitions not available at the moment and in addition to that only 6-8 betting options per game are only possible to bet.... Normally there were around 70 betting options for every soccer game. What has happened? That is a big negative change...

I guess they cut the niche markets because they were getting killed there. Also not sure when this KYC gimmick has started, but asking for docs when they allow deposits without is a big red flag. (and by how big shady they are, sending docs in is a BIG risk to me)

@rickrossboss I'm really sorry for the issues we've had with the specials on some events, our sportsbook team have now identified the issue and are working to get our full range of lines back up as soon as possible.

@airSPACE Welcome! Peter is still very much with us, we are just utilising his impressive skills in other areas! Smiley

The missing lines are an unfortunate result of the process of updating our platform to improve what we offer - you’ll see some of the markets we have available are way higher limits than before, and with better pricing. We’re working on re-introducing all of the exotic markets that you love, all at much higher limits, so overall you should see a big improvement.

Please let me know if there are any in particular that you’d like to see back first and I'll see if we can prioritise these for you.

As for the KYC request, we do this to provide an extra layer of security for our customers when certain flags have been raised. In the recent case on this thread the player provided the necessary information and their withdrawal was processed as soon as the checks were complete.

no I will say story about Cloudbet. Cloudbet is scam. Dont trust to this bookie. Tiger Tree Holdings say that Julka Vucinic is owner. I was on adress, Julka Vucicnic is stole identity and falsification ID for owner of Tiger Tree. Police was reported about this. This is first problem for Cloudbet. I inform all newspapper in Montenegro and also my lawyers make claim for Cloudbet.

They write about my 2 accounts??!!  Cloudbet write this on forum

You locked him 2,92BTC, and write me main account is okay, everything is okay and day after you say me that I put number of bets from different accounts??? Hahahah, you have stupid explanation. You nothing answer on my mail, you locked my account with 0.92BTC, my friend with 2,92. This is about 30,000Euro! This is scam, other client be carefull, dont open account on Cloudbet. They havent licence, only with lawyers. You dont like when other people post bad about you. What you think why?? I ask when you withdraw BTC to wallet! You cant stolen money. People must know that Cloudbet is scam.

no I will say story about Cloudbet. Cloudbet is scam. Dont trust to this bookie. Tiger Tree Holdings say that Julka Vucinic is owner. I was on adress, Julka Vucicnic is stole identity and falsification ID for owner of Tiger Tree. Police was reported about this. This is first problem for Cloudbet. I inform all newspapper in Montenegro and also my lawyers make claim for Cloudbet.

They write about my 2 accounts??!!  Cloudbet write this on forum

Why is Cloudbet a scam because it has no license but nearly every casino you recommend also has no license? 

Cloudbet is no scam neither is any other casino you reference.  The sad part is, game-protect you could have provided some good because you certainly have the work ethic and drive.
