dogshit sportsbook, advertise instant withdraws but my withdraw of barely 10$(0.002 btc) pending since more then 10 hours. absolutely ridiculous.avoid at all costs.

They are already called out since a very long time Cloudbet scam has no license!

Nevertheless people continue depositing and playing there for whatever reason. This is of course a bad decision, especially if you can play with consumer protection service inclusive.

However, everyone has his taste and it appears a lot of players love to have troubles, so they have something to complain about and post on forums. Cheesy

Very small withdraw of 0.002 btc pending since 33 hours on cloudbet. keep hearing very soon from every channel.* do not deposit to this book*


this was my 8th deposit before any withdraws. 33 hours and pending since any response other then 'will be processed very soon' utter trash sportsbook and u will be treated like trash. avoid at all costs.

they advertise BIG 50 BTC limits on world cup, but if they cant pay .002 btc in more then a day, how will they pay anything close to that amount ?

@Jgod I've been in contact with you via Twitter and can completely understand the frustration with the delay, as you know i've been pushing for a resolution from support and will continue to chase the issue for you until it is resolved.

@schlandoschland This is the first I'm hearing about the situation and I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you have gone through. If you could please PM me your Cloudbet nickname I'll investigate this matter personally and make sure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.

We are a legitimate sportsbook and casino, and in a niche industry like bitcoin gambling reputation and word-of-mouth is key. It would make no sense at all to deny legitimate players their funds and risk a backlash from the community. We've been here on BCT for years and have always responded to players with issues or concerns about our service.

I'd also be very careful of any advice given by Game Protect who has been accused of attempting to extort coins from vulnerable forum users in the past.

Well, how could one even expect that they even ignore their former best customers who would rejoin and play more than anybody else?
I mean this is just beyond my understanding how a service like Cloudbet is behaving and just clearly ignoring their loyal customers when they have a righful claim.
This is just something you can't even expect and I have never seen this before in the Crypto-world by any service.
That's why I did not know that such things can happen with a sportsbook as well. I mean I even recommended more than 5 friends (for free!) to them and now I am becoming more and more worried that this all is just part of some sort of scam by Cloudbet to steal my and others funds, especially after I read your link. For them it's just such a small thing to solve my claim but they are not willing to do so, even after I wait weeks for one reply. That says a lot about Cloudbet.  Huh
Game Protect had many conversations with criminal online casino operators and until today I am not able to understand the mentality or logic of these people. What I know is that they do not work rational and appear to live in a separate fantasy dream world full of lies and illogic and without any connection to the reality.

Always if an online casino or sportsbook operates anonymously and using crypto currencies you are at risk that they will defraud you. Even if they scammed their customers they are still able to continue because unethical affiliates continue to promote them. Best example is the publicly proven 1xBit scam + 1xBet scam + Betandyou scam

The previous sites of this thread says a lot about Fraudbet!

thanks a lot for checking into the issue. Shortly after you posted this, I received an email from "Cloudbet security" asking for some documents and a photo of me, which I swiftly supplied to them after an hour or so. I have again been waiting for an answer for two days now. Could you kindly highlight the issue to your support team again? Cloudbet is holding quite a few funds from me and blocking (?) access to my account for no apparent reason.

@Jgod I've got a response regarding the reason for the withdrawal delay - apparently when you attempted to withdraw the same amount multiple times (which is understandable given that your first one was slow) you were kicked out of the auto queue and marked for manual checks before withdrawal. This is on us, and obviously something we are going to fix right away to ensure that other players aren't left in the same position.

i waited 2 hours before attempted a second withdraw with the remaining balance ,did this from a pc as someone had mentioned to me his mobile withdraws are slower(weird,but i was jus tryin stuff) then i cancelled the second withdraw. even if it was manual queue, im sure u would agree the time it took was unacceptable, especially after talking to u

@schlandoschland Apologies I sent you a PM but forgot to reply on here - everything should now be resolved, we've processed the withdrawal of both the mistakenly deposited BCT and the BCH you were granted from our bitcoin fork celebration earlier in the year. I'm really sorry your initial response from support was lacking and this is being investigated as a separate issue to ensure that our players all receive the care and attention that they deserve.

@Jgod With a 2 hour wait it's completely understandable to try again, it's our fault the problem arose and our dev teams are making changes to ensure that the situation won't be repeated.

I'm part of the community team, so I respond to players that approach us via forums or social media. Our support teams respond to huge amounts of queries a day via live chat and emails, but you obviously won't see them discussed on here as it's all done privately through direct messaging.

The issues we dealt with recently on this thread were quite unusual, and in each case I have worked with support to resolve the problem and find a cause for the delays and offered an explanation to the players involved. This is something I will continue to push for as a representative of both the players and Cloudbet.
