Afternoon all!

First up i'd like to point out that Mirae is not in any way paid by us to 'shill' (although it should go without saying if you just check their post history!) We have run paid signature campaigns in the past but do not approach individuals to promote us on the forums via fake positive messaging.

@JollyGood I'm a social and community manager at Cloudbet so I am employed to keep an eye on the forums as part of my duties, but I'm also active on Twitter, Telegram, skype, etc to stay in touch with our players, organise events and promotions, and try to solve any issues that come through via those channels.

I work with some very talented individuals who genuinely care about providing a great crypto casino and sportsbook experience. Not just because most of us are gamers ourselves, but because we all believe in the power of crypto and want to see it succeed as a successor to fiat. I can safely say that the vast majority of us wouldn't choose to work for a company that was 'selectively scamming' customers.

I know most people only see the negative issues that are posted on the forums or via social media, but we have a huge number of happy customers playing daily, placing bets and making withdrawals instantly. Unfortunately I only tend to interact with the players that do run into issues, but that's why I'm here - to catch anyone that has fallen through the cracks.

@teteczv I haven't posted your betting history because I'm not allowed to share player data publicly online. I'm not accusing you of anything, just stating the reasons for the investigation. I'm also not part of the investigation team so probably wouldn't even be able to point out what a suspicious bet was.

I'm very much hoping this can be cleared up soon and that it's all a massive misunderstanding, but until then the only thing I can do is continue to push for a resolution in the investigation and relay any information I receive back from the team.

@LTU_btc Thanks for getting in touch, it looks like something is missing from the screenies you posted. There were some issues with our odds provider over the weekend so it could be the cause. Could you please PM me your Cloudbet nickname so I can investigate? If it's just as case of us not having the lines for that league I'll make a request to our sportsbook teams to add them for you.

@Angry0ne I'm still waiting on a response on your investigation i'm afraid, but I'm hoping to get an update soon.

@teteczv I haven't posted your betting history because I'm not allowed to share player data publicly online. I'm not accusing you of anything, just stating the reasons for the investigation. I'm also not part of the investigation team so probably wouldn't even be able to point out what a suspicious bet was.

I'm very much hoping this can be cleared up soon and that it's all a massive misunderstanding, but until then the only thing I can do is continue to push for a resolution in the investigation and relay any information I receive back from the team.

My account is frozen more than a month. It is almost funny that they are investigating for more than a month. And in the mean time they are not answering my emails and they are refusing to tell me which bets they think are suspiccious.

It is obvious that they are bying time hoping that I will give up on my money.

It is such a cheap scam that is ridicolous.

It's not just over the weekend. I have this problem for more than week. I'm mainly missing European basketball leagues lines. For example, check Eurocup or Basketball Champions league. There are plenty of games will be played tomorrow but I can bet only on few games. Also, I'm missing plenty of smaller fotball leagues lines, one guy on this thread mentioned that only few tennis matches are available.
I don't think there is a issue with my account, but seems that something is still wrong with your odds provider.

That is excellent news regarding the issue teteczv was facing. At least that allows him to withdraw the funds though as a customer he probably will never use Cloudbet again.

I want to confirm that my account was unlocked and that I withdrawed my funds. If anyone thinks that I should express my grattitude to Cloudbet than he is dead wrong. Cloudbet locked my account without any reason whatsoever and kept my funds for more than a month without any explanation. That coused me a lot, in the terms of time, money and nerves.

In the final email they sent to me, they didn't offer one word of explanation. I find this highly unprofesional. I would never deposit a single peeny on Cloudbet again, and I will never recomend this bookie to anyone.

I think that if I didn't make all this noise on this forum, I would have never get my money back. I want to thanks all the forum members that support me on this matter. Solidarity with other players on such issues is very important.

I am happy for you. The most important thing is that you got access to your funds and Ronnie played his part to I would like to thank him.

As for you receiving an email with no apology or explanation that is very important because it shows they might do this to other people too. It still sounds like selective scamming to me and I would advise everybody to avoid using Cloudbet.

If things become clearer then people including myself will advocate using it but not right now.

For those that have never had a problem with Cloudbet please be aware that teteczv also never had a problem until the problem was created by Cloudbet without warning him. Even now he has no idea why his account was locked.

@teteczv Really glad the withdrawal went without a hitch and everything is settled. I'm really sorry for the delay and I'll continue to push for an explanation when the investigation is concluded so I can ensure that other players don't experience the same problem.

@JollyGood I can say with some certainty that we aren't involved in 'selective scamming'. As a business that operates in a niche industry and relies on word of mouth promotion for many of our sign ups, it would make zero sense to engage in shady practices that would undermine any trust we have built up over the years.

LTU_btc - I’ve just had a look at the leagues you mentioned and can see some special lines missing, but most of the games are up there from what I can tell. Can you please PM me your Cloudbet nickname so I can check to make sure there’s nothing weird going on? I’ve already sent a message to our sportsbook team about your report so I’m hoping for a response soon.

Ronnie one more thing,

What is happening last few days with max stakes limit ?

You show f.ex 0,1520 limit for particular market, no matter if I try max, 0,1 or 0,05, or less, only 0,0001 is accepted.

What is wrong ?

Have talked on chat they said it's gone be send for further investigation, but can you speed it up?

I cannot place anything, all bets shows "BET REJECTED - Betting suspended for the event' - while match is open for betting all the time.

@Angry0ne - I've just checked and it seems there was a bug reported overnight involving max stakes, it's being investigated by our teams as we speak (I'm assuming it was your report to our support teams that kicked off the investigation - if so, thanks!)

Could you let me know what leagues you were seeing the low max stakes on? PM if you prefer Smiley

I've made sure I'm tagged in the ongoing discussion so i'll pass on any information I can when updates are given.
