I will try getting touch with Cloudbet on this channel as well, because their support team apparently has no intention to help me. Or better said they keep telling me the same for a month now. Making the long story short, I deposited on my account, managed to increase my balance with some winning bets, then from one day to another I was not able to login. I did not even requested a withdrawal... Right after, got an email to prove my identity with some documents, and as requested I've sent everything they asked me for. I was told the verification usually takes no more than 7 days, but in some cases could be longer. I said OK and was waiting patiently, albeit did not really understand why my account should be suspended for this time as I wanted to place more bets. All this happened on the 8th of February. I asked for an update 10 days later, but nothing. I am not a newbie bettor, I have fiat accounts with the largest online bookmakers where an ID verification takes maximum 48 hours. What are you doing with my documents, analyzing them pixel by pixel, one pixel every day?! How long should I wait to get back the access to my account?

Your site is pretty good with large selection, decent odds, the wagers are graded quickly, I thought I've found a new favorite for myself, but this bad experience raised questions...
How long you were using the site because I am also a long time member but not placing a bet for sometime and do not want to end up in a similar situation, I am not sure whether I have verified any documentation with them and I really do not want to end up in a situation where I have to prove them I really made the account which is crazy. Hopefully you will update everything till the end as I would like to know how long they will take to sort this one.

To be honest, I don't know when exactly I opened my account on Cloudbet. What I know is that I did not start playing on their website right away, but this year it become one of my primary bookies until my account was "suspended". From my personal experience I would rather advise you to stay away because now I see that it's not only me having issues with them. I went through on countless KYC processes, and by far this is my worst experience so far. Come on... other bookies asked me for additional stuff if something was missing/wrong, Cloudbet just delays and delays without any useful response, if any... Ronnie contacted me in PM and promised me to ask for an update from the respective team. I did not hear from him since then... so what should I say?! In the meantime I already raised a complaint with their license provider and will more than probably get in touch with a lawyer with gabling expertise if things don't change.

So, I just like to say it's been fun. They processed my last withdraw before soft banning me. I will let the ban stay because the whole point of gambling with bitcoin is to stay anonymous and asking for identification just removes the whole point in why I use bitcoin. They are overall a good sportsbook, a lot of lines are offered, but BE PREPARED TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION. I don't think it's worth it, but you might.

TLDR; THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR IDENTIFICATION.
This is very strange, usually always if you enter something before the withdrawal is asked to pass kyc, you are lucky, but of course you should not Shine your documents somewhere in the casino.

Hello everyone, bad things happened. Cloudbet does not want to give my BTC (0.86). They did not send me a letter confirming the withdrawal of funds, saying that there are technical problems. But after a couple of days of carrying out their brains, they answered me that either a 100% deposit was paid or documents for verification of their identity came. After I sent the documents, they no longer respond to me and naturally LIVE CHAT does not work.  How is such a huge company doing so?

It might be strange to you but not most crypto gamblers knew that every on line casino does that when huge money is involved. Aside that cloud bet seems to have some problem lately which I think might also be the reason behind some of their withdraw scenario. was wondering if you can add NO option for your game of thrones selections
GOT has been great so far and most of the times the unexpected happens , so I'm not sure who will sit on the throne but I would be more than happy to bet against the favorites or at least to bet against Bran Stark since he is the clear favorite in the sites

Their live chat is not always available but if you can browse the site you should be able to use the live chat.

That's the problem around here, they are very very tough on the withdrawals.

Many many people had issues withdrawing because somehow cloudbet finds "suspicious" stuff with people constantly and they require bunch of stuff to be able to withdraw the money and all that. It creates a whole lot of work just to withdraw your own freaking money. God knows how many people said "screw this I am done" and didn't even withdrew their money because of all this haggle. We all know just the ones who come in here and write about it.

There are plenty of sites where withdrawing is as easy as depositing and cloudbet is not making things any easier for them since this recent 330 bitcoin dude, yeah there could be troubles and problems caused by the gambler but making it harder for people to withdraw for "security" purposes has a limit and cloudbet has been over that limit for waaay too long.

I was told yesterday in the chat about this that they did not get a bank statement as it is in PDF format. And that I need to convert it into a photo. I asked several times about what exactly this document? I was answered yes. They told me that the bill for utilities is not suitable. Today I went to several banks and made account statements from different banks and in different languages. Where everything is indicated and the address of registration and last name and account numbers. After I uploaded the photos to them, they told me in a chat that such documents would not work and I needed an account for utilities. I was dissatisfied in the chat, and I was told that they had read yesterday's chat correspondence and sent these documents. Do you think this is normal? I did not violate any rules of the company !!!

Man if what ftp1998 has said is true it is really shameful for cloudbet. It is the utmost horrible and worst way of sending players away.  Do you really think people will continue playing here if you keep acting like that towards them.

Cloudbet is working reaaaally hard to get itself closed, if they continue asking and being like this than eventually everyone with a bit of brain will leave this place and go play somewhere else which will leave cloudbet with money to pay for their employees and their system in place whereas they won't have any customers that come into their websites to play anymore because they scared all of them away with their antique withdrawal system. NOONE for ANY REASON should be going to places (get out of their home) to pick proof that they are who they say they are.

@cloudbet it appears i was incorrect as i was taking the night befores results into account due to america/europe time difference, ill keep using you guys

@raven7886 - Your feedback is much appreciated, and I'll pass it on to our teams who are currently working to improve our service in that regard.

@ftp_1988 - Our support teams are the only ones able to advise you on a timeframe for security checks. If you are still waiting after the seven day period you have been given then please PM me here and i'll escalate the issue to support team leaders. 

@malikuniversity - Thanks for getting in touch. I've just spoken to our support teams and it appears that you placed a five line acca/parlay and two of the selections didn't win (Calgary and Toronto) which meant the bet was graded as a loss.

@bbc.reporter - I've spoken to our teams and unfortunately we won't be able to lower the min stakes on GoT lines due to them being high risk outright markets.

Thanks! But I think they got way enough enquiries from me during the last couple of weeks and I did not get any response. Like in the case of ftp_1988 why don't you go ahead and escalate my case right away?? I am waiting for more than 1 MONTH (!!!!) now for that freaking verification to be completed.

@davinchi - While I can't comment on another player's account, I can say that the KYC process requires specific documentation that needs to be provided. Without this we are unable to complete the checks necessary for verification which will cause delays while we reach out to request the correct information.
