And their gamblers especially those people who usually stay in the forum might get attracted to those casino who run a multiple campaigns which those people can take advantage on.

I'm sorry to have to repeat what I said in a thread you created, I posted the casino's TOS and reading the history of your posts I see that you also saw that they changed their TOS and that gave them the power to cancel the points of loyalty, so you no longer have any way to complain and they will not give you the points, unfortunately you wasted your time and money at this casino. My advice is that from now on, don't play with the intention of getting bonuses at casinos, this is a big mistake in the long term. Cloudbet always involved on serious scam accusation in the past that resolved very slowly since they initially ignore/denied it. They are just forced to compensate the victim when the community already do an action to tagged them. This happened multiple times and the negative tag stay for a long period before they resolved.

I think this is the reason why they choose to become silent here to avoid late response to the issue since they are focused with their online support in the casino.

Too bad that they give up the promotion in the forum.
