He was so good at keeping updates here and maintaining Cloubet's image here. Any accusation that would pop up, Ronnie would promptly help. I think during his reign, that's when they had so many promos in the forum, including some interesting meme contests.

I believe at some point he parted ways with them. That's when their support started becoming slow and later inactive here.

As I said before, maybe if someone can contact them again and try to talk about campaign bitcointalk, they might consider again running campaign here on Bitcointalk.

This is the first casino I ever tried using bitcoins and it's also because of bitcointalk the time they running campaign here.
Right now, they're making some moves through email and asking users to answer surveys in exchange of chance to win 50€.

Even if they are not thinking of running a campaign, I think it's important to be active since they have an ANN thread here. Problems can arise that impact their reputation, and they need to be addressed by a representative. What I've observed about their past campaigns is that they weren't long-term. I'm not sure if I participated before, but I know them because there were only a few sportsbooks before, like during or before the bull run in 2017.

Someone should contact them about the issue and maybe ask if they want to run a campaign again. It should be a reputable campaign manager who reaches out to them.

They are relying to much on their fame and they think are to confident that no issue will arise that's why maybe they decide to go inactive here. But I guess this will create a big trouble for them especially if they didn't take any fast actions on those issues posted against their casino.

They can't rely solely on their fame because the more popular a casino is, the more there are people who would like to destroy it. They need to be active to prevent that from happening, as silence on their part might result in a drop in confidence from the gamblers. Of course, they are still popular, which is why most of us know the casino, but the competition is getting bigger. They need to step up in protecting their reputation, as that's the most important thing in this business.

Also maybe they don't really have a plan to run for another campaign since if they really have an interest with these things then I guess they are the one will go here then seek for reputable manager to handle their campaign. What they need to do now is to take care those issues and maybe spend some time in their thread so people could see their presence and possible to solve any potential issues that might happen to their existing bettors in this forum.

I guess so, but if they don't see the necessity anymore, they should at least be active in the forum, as that's the purpose of having an ANN thread here. Also, the ANN thread is supposed to have more announcements about the updates of the casino regarding its competitions and bonuses which we are not seeing anymore here.

I would like to share my pleasant experience with gambling in Cloudbet.  I am getting used to place with bigger stakes on regular bookies in my country (Netherlands). After a bad experience with 1xbit in the past I decided to give it a try on Cloudbet.
Made lots of bets. First withdrawal from 3 ETH was processed in 1 hour. When I requested the 2nd withdrawal from 7 ETH they send me an email that I need to verify my account/ID in order to get the withdrawals to be processed. I did this the next day.
The verification process went very easily. After 1-2 hours I received an email from Cloudbet that they did not accept registrations from players from the Netherlands. On the moment from my bets, I was on a trip to Luxembourg and placed the bets in this country.

Cloudbet wrote to me that I was not allowed to place bets anymore and that I could withdraw the remaining balance. I withdrew the money and 7 ETH was processed in 1-2 hours.The other one, from 30 ETH was received within 2 days. Which was not bad considering the fact to it was a decent amount I withdrew from Cloudbet in total (like 115k $). Looks like a big amount, but I deposited around 100K.

I came to the conclusion that Cloudbet is a legit bookie, and paid all the money that you won. They don't hide behind their terms or other excuses to delay withdrawals. They just pay straight.
The maximum betting limits were also very decent and I also got a contact from the VIP manager. I won some money with the bonus program, and this bonus was added to my account without issues.
For high rollers Cloudbet is a serious option.

I just wanted to post my experience. I am not going to provide details about hashes from deposits and withdrawals.
If people don't believe me, that is their issue. And regaring your point about restricted countries, that is not entire true in Cloudbets case. Because in the terms is not written that it is about the residence, they state in their terms you have to be physicially located in the correct country. That is something else than being a resident in my opinion.

I must agree with @Mahdirakib especially while you're sports betting.

I'm not against "Casino or Slot" player but mostly Sportbetting is always have higher limitations + high chance the account is being locked with several reason broke their term & conditions for Sportbetting. Appreciate your feedback, but for my own perspective based seeing their social media + discord channel from Cloudbet usually we will suggest avoiding playing on here.

They are not quite active in here, the discord channel is always have low activity + social media also low activity.

I didn't check the profile of OP yesterday. And your claim could be true. We have seen such activity in this thread before. Almost 100 posts were made in this thread from some newbie users during then. They were doing some random discussion. The above user has described about his experience on Cloudbet. The user isn't interested to share any proof. So, this post is either made to bump this thread or for shilling.

Man, they didn't leave — they've been in this industry for years. It's just that they're not active here on bitcointalk. They're doing this to rebrand and not just focus on sports betting. Being inactive here in bitcointalk doesn't mean they've disappeared or lets say fewer players compare to other online casino. I don't know where this idea that customers are scared of Cloudbet is coming from. This was the first casino I played at, starting in 2016. I've been playing here occasionally since then and I've never had any problems.

But yes, that post by Asteliaflower could still be a paid or shill post and if it is, I wouldn't be surprised if a Cloudbet representative suddenly appeared here after being inactive for years here on bitcointalk.

CASINO requires money flow transactions, while any platform containing "MONEY" must be at least more active (no need to always activity but keeping the social update at least a few days with gaps like 1-2 days should be fine). I'm not saying they leave/scam, I'm just saying they are not quite active and users should be aware of those. Cause, once you have trouble on a platform that doesn't have higher activity the chance of your case being solved are low. The process could be slow and long even if you get any help from the best-experienced user, member, or casino website review.

Since you mentioned "scared", of course users should scared, it's related to your money same way with exchange. You can think of this scenario:

Four or five times, I’ve turned small amounts, as little as $100, into over $50,000 on CloudBet (I can provide proof). Yes, there were slight delays in payouts because they had to verify the gameplay, which took about 4-5 days at most, depending on whether it was the weekend. But in the end, they always paid out every single time.

Their support was always communicative—better than Bitcasino or any other casino I’ve used. If they wanted, they could have blocked me because I was using a VPN and an unverified account, but they never did, and they always paid out my winnings. I was paranoid after reading all the negative comments here, thinking they’d find some reason not to pay me—whether it be the VPN or something else—but that never happened. They never complicated things.

For new people coming in, don’t trust most of the comments you see here. It’s mostly nonsense or biased posts from other casinos.

The only thing I like better as a VIP on Bitcasino is the 15% cashback on losses. Everything else? CloudBet wins.

3. Roobet

If you give some question, which one you're gonna to play. Mostly user will answer:

The reason are quite simple, (Stake & Roobet) are quite active but why stake in 1 number? because they have a bigger bonus comparing to Roobet. We have seen several scam accusations threads (you can go through a few of them at scam accusations board) - there you’ll see how people defend the site that they make use of and had nice experience with - they don’t have to come to their Ann thread and start to praise it before people will know that the site is good.

He really made people wonder on why he do that. There's no running accusation or attack posted against cloudbet and posting that will really make people got wonder on the intention on why he post like this.

Its like he's shilling for cloudbet and leave something expression that this is the best compare to other big casinos here. But I guess no one is buying that since lot of people know what is cloudbet and which of those casino is performing good so far in forum. Also we don't see this casino doing fantastic marketing so we can assume that they are sleeping now and rely only on their old time players. No need to do some hard things.

What they need, hire some guys and pay them with around 500-1000$/month. For what ? to handle and keep update on (Discord + Bitcointalk), I must say giving a good applause for Cloudbet in X (because they are quite active now). But, for Discord is terrible + in BTT too (no need sock puppet or paid shill).

Make update and increase the activity should be enough for now, next they can think about promotion. I re join their discord yesterday, seeing spam link and no even a single admin response, deleted or hang out with member are really not a good sign.

They need to prepare things, clean up unwated malicious links from scammers, by that they will need an internal staff who understands their platform, then hiring a business developnent or community manager guy to run and follow up promotion. Without a specific person who is in charge of these tasks, running promotion will be waste of money.

Well, it seems they at least read the posts here from time to time, or whoever is running their Bitcointalk profile does. 

Not replying to the particular allegations though - thats shady.  Probably means they either dont wanna touch those topics or got no good defense.  Maybe a mix of both.  Either way, definitely raises some eyebrows. Time will tell whether they are on the up and up, but radio silence dont exactly inspire confidence.
