it is not impossible to do but the likelihood is very small because the coins that are launched become difficult to circulate in the market and difficult to be known by others so paying with coins that are launched is better for advertising as well

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

There is an obvious reason for that. By allocating a certain percentage of the sold token during ICO, they tend to go on a safer side saving the company an extra expense and answering participants for the low allocation to the bounty. By setting a predefined amount for the bounty, they might incur a huge expense and if the ICO didn't turn out to be well, they might not even able to pay anything. That can land them in a scam accusation.

I think that this is a good idea because it is very often when we see dump of the price just because of the bounty hunters. The best way would be if the bounty hunter could choose how he or she is paid in eth or in tokens.

I won sat that us a good idea, because most of the token gotten from ico by the bounty hunters are not of the same value with ethereum and thus can leads to loss.

It will be good if the bounty hunters are paid in ETH but soon the coin gets listed on an exchange site chances are you are most likely to trade your coin in exchange of ETH so either way you are getting paid into ETH.

Honestly, I'm optimistic about this ICO project, so I'd rather get a token instead of Ethereum.
I do not think paying Ethereum is a better option.

paying in eth for bounty hunter will be profitable for both ico company and as well as bounty hunters and more important bounty hunters no need to depend on exchange of tokens

Yes, I agree with that. We as bounty hunter must be paid using ethereum. Because the amount of income is clear, that is how much the ethereum. However, if we get paid with the token of the project, it could be the price down from the ICO, so that our pay was reduced. Therefore, it would be better if we were paid to use ethereum, so that the work and the duties we do are rewarded accordingly.

I agree with you, by getting paid through ETH it will make a fee safe also minimize from scam coins. Because by getting ETH, then our income will be able to grow clearly and also have a bright future to be able to generate more profits.

If the bounty hunters get the rewards from bounty with ETH, it will minimize the risks for the bounty hunters when the token has a low price after ICO.
But there is always a tendency for bounty hunters to dump their tokens once they hit the exchange and it will affect the price negatively leaving investors very sour and bitter.
But if bounty hunters get paid in ethereum then they won't have to dump the tokens from the ico project and it will allow the investors to rest easy with the listing price.

I guess it's not the best if it should reduce the amount of allocation for participants of the bounty. because we know that the results are accepted now for very little if participants see the number of the participants very much. and you can see if the project is very potential for sure we would only wait for the coins to ride.

Well, it would be very nice if BOUNTY HUNTERS COULD BE PAID IN eth. as its one coin with guaranteed quality and relevance in the market. I however doubt if the Bounty programs can accept it as they seek to spread their tokens out there and PAYING IN eth WILL hINDER THE CHANCES OF THEM GETTING THE MUCH NEDED MARKET EXPOSURE

I believe that terms of payment will be decided by the project team and bounty manager. Any form of payment is ok with by the way, what I dont like is postponing the due date of bounties, I know lots of projects wants to protect the money of insvertors, but it unfair for bounty hunters not being paid right after the end of bounty.

I appreciate when managers give participants options but with my observation with some projects it is profitable to get paid in the projects token than in ethereum. It is hadly possible to see a multiple price of ethereum with that price value in few days compare with projects that kicks off with a value less than a dollar. More like it is that those projects still seek to impress, this demands for hard work than in ethereum that is seeking only for sustainability.

I strongly agree with your thoughts, That makes Bounty Hunter easy to make money. And I have never or have not found a bounty paid with Ethereum, hopefully in the future there are projects that pay bounty participants with Ethereum and even BTC.

IMO, the bounty hunters must be paid 10% of the bounty amount in ETH. And the payment should be made as soon as they finish each of their rounds. For example, if a bounty campaign last for 8 weeks, then 1.25% of the reward must be distributed to the participants as ETH after the end of every week. The remaining 90% can be given as tokens after the ICO end.
