1. U and others who is willing to help get funds to deploy more nodes with static IPs
2. We test it
3. I switch hallmark protection for inbound requests

As a fallback I can always publish list of zombie nodes, ur hoster will shoot them in head before they even reach ur node.

No idea. There is an URI scheme for Nxt alias - nxt:blah-blah-blah

So we still have no scheme to alias our numbers to more readable sequence...
I hope nxtern will suport some in their client.

It's a decentralized system. U can offer ur URI for Nxt accounts and if it looks good for others they'll use it.
