NXTcash will be "mined" or "created" by NXT nodes that are forging, am I understanding this correctly? True anonymity is a feature some people will PAY more for, so this premium creates an additional revenue stream beyond forging fees correct? This therefore provides incentive for more people to forge with nodes on the Nxt network, thereby providing more security to the Nxt network. Other Distributed Applications will function in a similar fashion, providing additional revenue streams to forging Nxt nodes as these Nxt nodes provide digital services that are in demand. Comments? Am I conceptualizing this properly?
Also, I keep hearing the phrase "Explain it to me like I am five." Nxt needs one-click installers for new users. The end goal for a Nxt mobile client should be as easy to use as Mycelium Wallet. Mobile money transfer is a key market for Nxt. If NMAP intends to monetize their Nxt mobile client, then Nxt needs an open source easy to use one click install mobile client.

I dont know if this is relevant...but there is someone who is stealing nxtcoins from "bad-protected" accounts.
I've just created an account with the pass: "mtvraps" to check and play. I made the nxtra.org faucet and they sent me 2nxt to this account "14345877598619007537". One minute after, someone sent these 2nxtcoins to other account (of course it was not me). The account was: "1413811113623034318". I suppose there is a bot checking all the possible weak passwords...
It could be funny but......TAKE CARE!

Than say what you think and dont let us guesse.
We need more core devs. Exactly this. A big project like NXT should at least have 5 active core developers for the next months. Hoarders should pay up if they want their NXT to become worth anything. +1 Perhaps it's finally time to have in mind CfB is leaving soon.

Come-from-Beyond, can you introduce some developer to the community? He/she will be warmly met and trusted. Or maybe you should just recommend somebody that you respect? We can gather some funds for them or vote for the unclaimed coins? (come on, you should know somebody )No spare devs, sorry.

I believe NXTcash works not that way?! Right now there is a very small percentage of total Nxt accounts that are active forging nodes. Some kind of incentive based layer on top of the Nxt core is needed to attract the BTC al alt miners once their unprofitable endgame is realized.

More I think about Pooled Forging, more I don't like it. Does anyone have any ideas where this could lead to? Won't we face the same problem as Bitcoin (GHash)?
I put refactoring on hold until the community decides that it's safe for Nxt.
I think it's a great feature and should be implemented. I like it for security purposes. For example; If I have 100k Nxt. I can separate account to 10k each and pool forging and not worry about my one large account being hacked.

You are confusing nodecoin with NXTcash. Nodecoin will simulate a mining/forging pool and people can earn consistently on a prorata basis, according to whatever formula we feel is best. NXTcash is zerocoin integrated into NXT. We are finalizing the design for a method that will allow us to use the current libzerocoin alpha without any changes to the NXTcore. A person would mint a zerocoin and pay NXT to register it. He will then have private data that can (should) be used on a different computer with different IP to redeem the private data into NXT into a totally different account. Theoretically, there would not be any way to get more than a statistically random guess as to who funded the NXTcash redemption. James

Back to client:
I repeat my question regarding coming nexern client: will it be one click software? If yes, maybe it is better to wait for it and then promote or not it as main client software for NXT. Of course, if it'll come after months, then this is another story.
As I understand it is one click, but it is only client. It needs server - local or public.

Can you describe in a few simple words, how NXTcash works? edit: Not how to use it. How it works!

James, Thank you for clarifying the difference between nodecoin and NXTcash. I think that nodecoin needs to be implemented in a way that does not encourage centralization but rather provides additional incentive for providing more forging nodes to the Nxt network, which then allows more TPS scaling.
