NXT has such enormous potential! But it is so sad that value is diluted by sellers at the moment and little buying interest.

What NXT need nxt is AE and Wesleyh his client, people should focus on this and promote it to average Joe,  that is all people care for now, all the rest is overkill and noise, although the ideas may be great it does not add value to nxt as of now.

We still have to start up nxt and create buying power from new investors. In my opinion it should go this way:

Launch AE with Wesleyh his client

Big campaign around this and spread the word

Target people average Joe the masses

Big holders and holders should stop dumping NXT at these prices as it is way undervalued, diluting is NOT good for NXT or for distribution.

All this together with upwards price movement should get NXT in the picture again.

All the rest is noise and dreaming although the ideas can be used for the long term.

So stop selling, promote AE and wesleyh his client so price can rice to above new high and NXT would get attention again.

If not expect further decline of price and interest, still supporting NXT but I am going low profile as I told before I get little donations and don’t get paid 40K NXT a month, sorry.

It's running fine for me on the web client. Block height is 86318.

Strange. Then something happened with standalone client. It starts, but stuck for a long time. I do not have possibility to enter passphrase.

I agree about promoting the client. Stakeholders should stop selling for a moment when the client and AE is live.

Price will go up and we will get more attention.

To manage all this we have to set a release date / deadline which many of us asked. But nobody knows when the AE will go live. We are not organised. It's a mess. And that's a shame because we have something beautiful in our hands.

That seems to imply that any and all holders of NXT are "partners in a general partnership and as such would be fully liable for the debts and liabilities of the partnership," since we are all "'investors' in a common enterprise"...etc.

There is no legislation regarding cryptos directly, so there are no precedence to look to to provide a clear picture of what will happen in such cases. It really depends on how the court decides to few cryptos. But in the case that they view them in such a way, then applicable laws would apply.

The safest way to approach is to assume that if you can be criminally charged, you will be; If you can possibly be held liable, you will be sued. If you have a good attorney, your good intensions MAY be taken into account in court...Maybe.

The bottom line is that both sides of the fence cannot be played. I people want cryptos to be taken seriously, then we can't forget this. If we want cryptos to be seen as legal tender or legit currency, then we have to expect to have to play by the rules. There is no half way. It has to be all in our all out.

The fact is that some of the developments that have occurred, or are in the process of occurring with NXT leave ALOT of people exposed legally, and could be seen in court to be direct violations and criminal fraud. Truly a can of worms.

The marketing team should already have been focussing for the release of the client of Wesleyh + AE.

I hope salsacz just made a joke with his reply to Pinarello.

Just look at all Twitter accounts of NXT now. Including me. We are becoming more silent every day. While we are releasing and working here like a beast or machine.

So this is what we should do I think;

-Set a deadline for AE

-@JeanLuc; I said this before. We know you are working on the inegration of Wesleyhs client into NRS. LET US KNOW when you are planning to release it. So we can start promoting it before you release it.

- Start a thread here to invite everyone to test AE.

These 3 points will give the marketing team more work and I will personally try to do my utter best to give your work more value in the market.
