thx! just one more question: if i set Auto Threshold = 1000, does it mean that every 1000 coins they pay me on the address i have insert?
Yes, but to be accurate: when your mined credit is higher than the threshold all of the credit will be transferred to you. again, thanks! with 400kh/s how long i mine 1000 doge coin?

What is your spec Post a pic of your mining rig with a dog drawn on the side and I will send more then a few
1st floor: block erupters, asicminer blade and jalapeño 2nd floor: 3x r9 280 3rd floor: 3x 7970 4th floor: 2x 7990 ... I'm not greedy, don't need the coins, feel free to give them to someone with a smaller rig That's one mighty shelf. How do you stand all the noise? I run a single HD7990 and that "blow-dryer" is unbearable. Already ordered a water cooling block so I can manage to run it at full power 24/7 without going insane. Also, what PSU are you using on top for the dual-7990 setup? I undervolted as much as I could and it got a bit cooler and more silent. But it's still very noisy, so I just got used to it. The good thing is that I'm saving a lot on house heating The PSUs are aerocool templarius imperator 1150. I'm powering one of the 7990s with one cable from the PSU above and one cable from the PSU below, as the rig below doesn't need as much. Then I always have to power up the 7990 rig after the 7970 one. Are your 280x voltage locked? Already tried msi and gigabyte, nasty voltage lock with 1,2V. using a lot of wattage... And its pain in the ass that 280x do the same job at 1020/1500 as 7970 at 1000/1450. Next revision my ass... It's all sapphire cards, not voltage locked. The whole rig runs at around 3200 watt. I use the same settings for both 7970 and 280x models, 1040/1500, and get barely 10 kH/s more on each 280x. Have a look at this BIOS undervolting guide: http://www.cryptobadger.com/2013/10/undervolting-in-linux-via-modified-bios/It went smooth for my sapphires and I think it's supposed to work for any brand. Thanks for the tip but to undervolt with bios, find the right value, seems to big of an effort. I miss my 7970 rig with unlocked sapphires Its strange that you get more kh on 280x than on 7970... I had mines 7970 on 1001/1450 for 710kh/s, with a total of 780W. Right now have the same speeds with 280x but 900W... And 280x at 1000/1450 are going like 670kh/s, so thats 40 less with the same clocks My 280x are vapor-x, idk if that's why. Once you create the bootable USB, the whole process of saving the bios to the pendrive, changing the values with VBE7 software and flashing again to the cards shouldn't take more than 10 mins the first time. You can start with a conservative value like ~1150 and run it for half an hour or so. If you see it's ok, try a bit lower and repeat the process until you find it unstable. 1100 should be a stable enough value, my cards are under that but it depends on the brand and model. Believe me it's not a big effort, and the bucks you save in the long term are worth it.

According to http://dogecoin.ga/dogecoin_mining_cloud_servers.htm I started minining with on this pool. However the problem is, that the efficiency of mining is very low (I mined only around 90 DC since yesterday). Am I doing something wrong or the difficulty is just too high (for this try I use 4 cores on Ubuntu on DigitalOcean). Best regards, Barbara Go for 5 droplets x 8 CPUs each. With $10 credit you can use 5 x 8 CPUs for 12 hours. Single 8 CPUs provides about 6 khash/s per thread so in total you will get around 50khash/s on single machine so if you gonna use 5 droplets you will get in total 300khash/s. I know people who are registering 4-5 accounts using they family members names just to get more hash power for cheap price. In the end, it's all depends on your budget and goals

Would you happen to know if the 7990 can be undervolted the same way? I can't quite find any solid info in the EPV7 discussion thread, but I know the 7990 is just 2x7970, so... Yes I undervolted them the same way. It's the same as 4 cards. First 7990 is card 0 and card 1 and second 7990, 2 and 3. You have to flash all 4 bios.

2,357,000,000+ coins mined. 0.5% pool fee. 2.57 GH/S total doge mining power and rising. Come check it out at http://doge.scryptpools.comRegistrations will close after next 200 signups. I joined, but wondering, how do I edit my difficulty for my workers? Is this automatic?

Scrypt Pools had many problems and many coins were lost due to multiple payout problems. I was in over my head the moment the pool went past 500 mh/s. I did my best to keep it running but I failed. I'm embarassed and truly sorry. I will find a way to get enough doges to process the rest of the payouts and reinstate my credibility.

My machine shows around 2.4k hashrate but the site says 1.6k?

My machine shows around 2.4k hashrate but the site says 1.6k? The hashrate is calculated by the # of submitted shares over X minutes. You will see your hash rate fluctuate, sometimes it will show higher than 2.4k, sometimes lower.

At current difficulty about 2 hours with 400 kH/s. Can be faster/slower depending on pool luck etc.

For those who don't like the effects of variance (+/- luck), you may prefer to use the pools with the highest hash rates.
I would say about 1 block per hour is a good speed
And those who like gambling may want to try pools with low hashrate: one lucky round and you could be happy, even if it all evens out in the long run of course, except for the difficulty rising bias.
