Hi guys, we've been mining to an online wallet ( we didn't know it won't work) and we've mined ~3x the amount we should. As soon as we realized it won't work, we switched to the payout address to the one from windows wallet and the payouts were slashed by 3. How come ? Why there's a difference?

first thing to look at is your miner setup - if it is not optimized your actual hashrate income at the actual site will be much less.
always remember that the hashrate you see on your local miner is not what you will see on the actual site. and the actual site rate is the one used for your earnings. that one depends on optimized local miner settings and remember that bad latency (ping) can also cut down on your hashrate input on the actual site.

Yeah, but I get near expected amount of doges from the pools. Why would I bother with p2pools if I get only fractions with the same settings. Ping under 100ms. Please, can you tell me if there's something wrong with my config?

Be aware that if a pool uses PPLNS then it takes some time (typical 250 million pool shares) to ramp up your payouts to max. If a pool has 1GH/s then the ramp up time is almost a full day.
I am mining with only 210kH and calculated that I should get somewhere between 1000-1800 Doge per day, depending on the total hash rate on the net - if the switching pools all start doing Doge and the Net hashrate goes to 170GH then the rewards go down because the difficulty goes up. If the pools then switch away and we fall again back to 95GH then the rewards pump up because difficulty reduces.
Note that pools often promise double the Doge that you actually get, they apparently calculate with the max reward iso the avg.
Your 1450kH should bring you at least 7k Doge/day and possibly as much as 12k if the Difficulty is low.
I get these rates at known pools (after ramp-up) Dogechain.info or Netcodepool.org for example.

If you have 1450 KHs your setting of +0.000823 is not correct and will prob give you more invalid shares (watch the DOA% at the site)
1450 x 0.00000116 = +0.001682
As many others have said that to get a good earning with P2P mining you need long and stable mining over time.
