What I don't understand is why the global hashrate is so low. If you combine the hashrate of the above pools on the correct fork, it FAR exceeds what the wallet is displaying. Something is not right.....

Let's wait another block and compare them again after that one is finished.
But I wouldn't be surprised if every major players could have made their own versions of CAT coin by now. LOL.
How do you make sure if a pool work on the right chain?

Ideally I'd like to see them worth 0.0025 each.

guys im still holding 3k catcoins but im thinking about selling it...  this fork thing, i dont think so it will help... cause problem will be the same all the time

there should be diff calculating every block - now when diff will be really low then all minners will switch to mine this causing next diff skyrocketing badly causing same thing like before hard fork,
i know that now we only have to mine a 36 block, but when diff will be really high then ppl will stop mining it

By comparing it to the wallet, from my research every pool except for the cryptovalley one is on the right fork.
Every exchange is also on the correct fork. If someone could get in contact with the cryptovalley host that would be great, we could use those megahashes!

The net hash reported by the wallet is wrong and failing to update. Our global hashrate at the moment is 471.187.
This does not include solo or cryptovalley miners. We should be seeing a steady increase over the next few days.
Now that we have that settled, we need to do something about this ridiculous and artificially low price on the exchanges.
I've got 5 BTC clearing on Wednesday, so I will be doing my part.

The new wallet just needs to point to the same wallet.dat file that the old one had. Backup the wallet.dat, uninstall
 Catcoin, download and install the new wallet, restore the wallet.dat, and you are good to go.

I have some CATs confirmed on Catpool.in but there's no way of getting them out if catpool don't release them.

There must be a reason why CATPOOL.IN has removed the cash out feature on their pool
