Solo miners, or pools that didn't apply the patch, maybe. I'm not even sure if the Multipools know it's been forked. Either way the old chain will be dead now. Basically killed off most of the hashrate to it now.

Sorry for Noobish question what does it mean that CATcoin is being forked? No diff is 16, do you think it will get back to 1XX?
