EXPLANATION - WHERE IS OWNER?
Catcoin team is not only 1 person. Team counts about 10 people working all the time to improve our coin. The thing is that these people are not well-known, but they exist. You can just join our irc channel ##catcoin on Freenode to see how many people work there. We have people from catcoins .org .biz, catchain, pools. Not only owner has access to github, there are trusted people who have power to manage coin when owner is offline. His work is done, fork is made, what do you want more?

Everything is mentioned, above, who are these people who have access to the files to fb and stuff like that, how his job is done ? the job is never done check out the bitcoin dev team, the litecoin dev team, the feathercoin dev team heck even new coins such as the dogecoin, still has their dev active updating and working on the project, Or is it just make a coin, leave at is and move to another project and creat a shitcoin account to do so? I don't think it should be that way, only shitcoin should have that model, and we are hoping to have something better here

Sorry for your loss, but people say 'put in what you can afford to lose' so I hope that isn't a lot for you and it won't be the end of the world for you, I lost money on it but not as much (about £150) but I am holding still because I mined it for nearly free so I don't car but again sorry again for your loss EDIT you also forget that the value has gone up so in theory it is pretty much the same value per catcoin (maybe a slight bit down but not that much) BTC went up from $800 approx, to 1050 approx.

Sorry about your lose mate, Sadly this si how investiment works, you can't always win, although there was several oppurtunities to sell at profit a huge profit when the coin was over 0.001 I'm sticking here till the end I'm already prepared to lose all my cats and accepting this, rules of the game Still someone is investing tons of cash right now and buying alot of cheap car, I doubt he is just doing so for fun or because he likes the coin

/waves as price falls to .0002
the thing about these things is, if this coin isnt just completely dead in a couple of months the price could easily go above where weve been, but you just never know...

Alt coins in general are holding their own against fiat. Since the 0.00044 buy wall came down for CAT, it will probably be in free-fall for a while. If CAT survives, you will probably be making money if you buy and hold at any price under 0.001. The question is if you have the guts to hang on. I personally got out as the 0.00045 wall came down, just so I could be in position to buy back in. I believe CAT will survive. If climbing or falling, it still has respectable volume. That's all cryptsy cares about. Value is not an issue for the exchanges, only volume. Cheap CAT + survival + time = profit. You saw that equation here first, folks.

Remember, it's not a loss until you sell it. If you bought a house for $500,000 and watched it tank to $300,000 but held it, then it bounced up to $1 million, you never "lost" the $200,000. So it's entirely up to you whether or not to lose the money in question. In another sense, the moment you make an investment, the entire amount you put in is a "sunk cost." Better to think about that money as gone, than nervously watch the fluctuations of the market. Nervous watchings lead to two kinds of mistakes - selling off as the price starts to go up (only to see the price continue to go up), and selling off as the price temporarily goes down (again, only to see the price continue to go up).
Remember, if you invested at 0.001 BTC, and the price is now south of .0004, if you want to think "loss" you've lost the majority of the value anyway, and the amount you can recoup an this point is less than 50%. So consider if it's worth holding on for the long haul, the worst that can happen is the amount (less than half of investment) is lost; but the upside is that you see it go up in value way beyond your original investment. And by all means sell, if you are confident you can live with yourself and not be full of regrets if you end up being like the person who sold BTC at $5 after tanking from a high of $30 back in 2011.
Just as an anecdote, so you know I've felt this first-hand, earlier last year, I bought 1,600 LTC's at 0.0006 BTC, then sold as I watched it go up to 0.001 BTC, feeling smart for watching the market closely and acting quickly. But then after the LTC's were gone, I saw it continue to climb up to 0.03 BTC. The crazy thing is, I knew LTC was bound to eventually climb quite a bit - I just had unfortunate idea that since it had been bouncing back and forth between .0006 and .001 several times, I thought I'd outsmart the market and do a few buy/sell cycles at this oscillation point before keeping the LTC's long-term. Well, I never got that opportunity.
