try meditating, lots of people achieve peace that way

Meditating is way too hard for my busy brain.
I have 139 thoughts in 10 seconds Smiley
I find hard to stop "thinking" and start "meditating" Smiley

haha

guess hypnosis goes out as an option too Cheesy

if you concentrate really hard you could certainly do it Cheesy

it could be worth it Smiley

Don't be too hard on yourself, to good to beauty is only a distant dream, get rid of the bondage of perfectionism! Do not put all things done perfectly. Appropriate to lower the standard, relax the mood, perhaps in objectively and to reduce the pressure of others. Leave a little time to think can let you see things more clearly what, at the same time also gave yourself a chance to make the anatomical mood, decomposition pressure.

Just sit down in a calm place you like, relax, focus on your breathing, and when you least suspect it you will be fully concentrated.
Then you'll only have to decide where your mind shall go.

Ah, yes, walks are underestimated. It can calm you down a lot (unless you're paranoid, because then it would be really bad for you).
