This is how I deal with stress.
1. Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Nicotine.
2. Indulge in Physical Activity.
3. Get More Sleep.
4. Try Relaxation Techniques.
5. Talk to Someone.
6. Keep a Stress Diary.
7. Take Control of your problems.
8. Manage Your Time.
9. Learn to Say ‘No’ if it's possible to do it on your own.
10. Rest If You Are Ill.

Above all things, you really have to pray to God that you acknowledge you cannot do it on your own strength apart from Him. Ask God that you will be filled with the Holy Spirit. God bless everyone! Smiley

I take a hot bath with various flavors. I turn on slow music and so the stress goes away. But not everyone will benefit from this kind of stress relief. Some people just need to throw it out.

It is something really dangerous,, you need just to think different and to take it as exam. I have the same problem and some things can not be replaced or repaired but those are the facts and we need to learn to live with that. As sooner as we can we need to take it and go on. Hoping for the best...

I struggle with stress like this:
1) Gym
2) I watch TV shows
3) Doing sports
4) I try to distract the brain from stress

It is necessary to go to the gym, then into the pool, then take a walk (or Drive) through the night city and eventually go to bed. Even when I write these lines, I have a great mood.

to handle stress I usually get rid of thoughts that make me stress and do fun things. stress is very dangerous because it can cause various diseases.

Do something you enjoy, focus on recreational activities, do meditation to relax your ming and body, hear inspirational videos on positive thinking and always think positive.

Time managment and setting priorites. Don't bring work on you home or vise versa. You have to set time dealing with 1 concern and then after the alloted time, after you do everything you can. Shut it down, proceed to next concern . You have to learn to manage it because if you dont youll be drained

A walk in nature is very good for me. If that fails, I have some kratom on hand for days when I suffer from high anxiety.

Well theres so many ways to deal with stress , but theres an easiest way to relieve stress well you need to sleep atleast 8hrs just to relax yourself or try to spend your time playing dota or something that can make you more happy. I do play Dota also just to relieve my stress and also laying in my bed while listening music so that i can easily fall asleep.

Stress is simply what we feel as the result of how the human body reacts to certain internal or external demands. If stress is ignored for long enough, it can eventually lead to mental and physical breakdowns and even depression. For you to deal with stress, you have to think positively and keep things in perspective. Exercise regularly and get some sleep.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
Every individual can encounter stress everyday. That is the challange of life. Stress is just like a storm. It is a test on every individual. Overcoming this makes us a better person. There are different ways to overcome stress.
1. Talk to somebody about what bothers you. In your case, at school, there are guidance counselor.
2. Indulge in physical activity. This is to divert  the negative energies. You can do running, biking or any physical activity which you like
3. Write down certain tasks or activities to stay focus at school or at work
4. Last but nit the least, PRAY. Seek for his presence and guidance. Ask for strength to overcome the everyday trials.
