Try meditating and if you can't sleep count from 1000 to 1 or from 1 to 1000 really fast trying not to lose the number till you log out. Wink
I agree with your this meditation because its one of best thing for rest and peace of mind counting also some time works if I am sleepless for some time on my bed

indeed meditating on some peacefull place like mountains or in some other part of nature
you can also smoke some weeds before doing this to make you calm but not too much or you might end up thinking that the characters from wrong turn is going to hunt you in the forest Cheesy

Never been a fun of meditating. I just can't enter this state. Thoughts, thoughts everywhere.

Might that have been because of the weed you mentioned earlier? Cheesy

Try meditating and if you can't sleep count from 1000 to 1 or from 1 to 1000 really fast trying not to lose the number till you log out. Wink
I agree with your this meditation because its one of best thing for rest and peace of mind counting also some time works if I am sleepless for some time on my bed

yeah because of that i go with my brother last summer in some mountain here and he said we will go meditating i ask him if its ok if smoke some mj that time and he said ok i though it will calm me down but i end up laughing at some monk there because he has ni tooth Grin

I guess smoking MJ  and meditating effects are totally different but both relaxes you. You shouldnt start laughing while meditating. But if you want to there is laughing therapy too. And what makes you laugh when you smoke MJ hehe?

fitness centers eating too much for this but give more stress not giving any rest

Running is one of the slowest ways to burn calories.

I like running, it fits my lifestyle, but it's almost pointless in regard of weight control.

But it helps relieve stress if you're comfortably equipped.

I think those who have problems getting into mediating need to look into mercerizes that help you get in that state of mind.  For example breathing techniques, closing your eyes and being in a quiet environment.  Also you  many want to look into Reiki.

I can relate to what you're saying. You might also look closely at nutrition if you don't do so already, there are many hidden health gems in the world of nutrition.
