Calm the mind, try eating chocolate with a glass of warm coffee. Maybe while reading the book casually. After that close your eyes. Then open your eyes, and lift your breath.
If that does not work, maybe you should go shopping at the mall to get rid of it Smiley

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
I myself do not know, everyone says you need to do something than what you like. But it does not help me, all the same, you through time remember it and you have another stress. We must drink, and then everything will pass away. And in the morning you will think of another Grin Grin Grin

looks like you need a vacation. do positive things like fishing and relax for a moment from the crowd. you can go to the mountains or a little island. that's my bit of advice.

Several ways for me.

I go out watch a movie spend time with friends

go to the gym lift weights

I also take herbal stress relief supplements(Ashwagandha,Rhodiola,Black Maca and so on)

but the biggest stress relief for me personally and prayer and spending time reading the bible and meditating on the word of God

Playing video games, listening music, watching films or tv shows. Or just waiting, because time is healing all the wounds.

Stress is due to lack of clarity, when you dont know what to do?
If you have relevant information you can easily get over stress inmho.

to reduce stress just avoid drinking alcohol, get more sleep, talk to someone, and make laugh as you can and also manage the time.

If you're regularly stressed analyze your own life and check what causes that stress. Normally stress is a reaction that is supposed to signal you that you are doing something wrong in your life.

If it's just short-term stress, which is fine and healthy, just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. That'll reset your central nervous system, calm you down and increase focus. One minute of that is enough to get back to work, studying, or practice if you just need a break too.
