I used to worry all the time. I still worry, but not as much. Used to worry about what to say to people, co workers. Even would rehearse small talk in my car on my way to work; Just so I didn't make an ass of myself. Everyone hates stress but dealing with people was one of my big issues especially coming from a 7-year-long period of being not employed. I turned into a mountain man not being around people with only friends and colleagues on the Internets. Thankfully I grew up, got a job and don't worry as much.

Alcohol helped though. Cool

We are living in a stressful world and we are surrounded with stressful situations every day. when i am dealing with stress i am trying to calm myself with some good music or a movie. Also, a cup of coffee or tea with your friends can help you to minimize the stress. Also, a weekend on a mountain will be a great thing to do, you can recharge your batteries, while you enjoy in nature.

Here, I would like to share some interesting facts about spirituality:

Spirituality is the foundations for good health. When you spiritually connect to that which is important to you magical and amazing things start to happen.
But while a lot of people seem to be getting into spirituality for personal gain and development, it is actually what you lose as a result of spiritual connection that has the most impact.

I have to say that you will never completely lose the things I speak about in this article, and while they are quite negative, they are also natural feelings that come up from time to time.
We all have the same capacity to feel what any other person feels and act in ways any other person acts, what will make a difference in your life is the level of attention you project onto these areas.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

I keep myself calm first and take some break and walk for a while .
After changing my mood I cope up with stress happily.
I never become upset because of stress because i share my feelings with my mom and she explains me how to deal with problems.
If my mom and dad are with me I have no problems. Stress is nothing .

'Unlearning' habits is quite hard IMO and requires quite the change. Changing is very challenging; I don't know how one would 'unlearn' stress if it were to become a habit.

Find someone/something you really love and enjoy in that as much as you can. That will relax you. It's impossible to completely remove the stress but you can lower it to acceptable level.

Manage your stress.
Forget the reason why you are stress.
Just do the things that makes you happy.

I completely agree with you! Smiley

One of the main problems in our society is the fear of failure. Here, I would like to share something about the fear as most common problem in our society:

Fear Of Failure

This goes hand in hand with insecurity, because once you remove those layers of insecurity and actually know what you want from life you can relentlessly move towards your goals.
Your goals are supposed to be scary. If they are not then you might want to consider some bigger ones! And failing on the way to achieving what you want out of life is also normal.
But being spiritually connected helps you to not be afraid of being a failure, while accepting you will fail along the way.

It is easy to search for external answers in life, as it seems that the answers are just out there waiting to be found. The reality is that losing things or finding what already exists within you is the key to living a healthy, happy and balanced life!

We should all release from our fears if we want to have a better life!

hang out with ur friend

A long walk with a friend and talking about the life and the problems can really help you to release from the stress.

I used to do this with one of my best friends. Sometimes we was walking for hours and talking about everything that is happening in our life's. Also, listening to music while you are driving your bike can really help you to release from you stress. The last few summers I start to practice this thing before I start with my training. The river is near to my neighborhood and that is where I spend my time while I am driving my bike. Cheesy

One of the things that I usually do during the day is reading articles...

My favorite articles are those who are related with philosophy and psychology and I would like to share something that can really help you to deal with the stress:

Affecting more than 340 million people in the world, depression is one of the most well-known mental disorders.

Similar in ways to the symptoms that indicate a general anxiety disorder, the symptoms of depression can be slower to detect, but can have easy remedies.
Below, we take an exclusive look at the best natural ways you can treat depression. Of course, it’s imperative to consult your physician if you notice an abrupt change in your mood, feelings, or sense of well-being — but it’s good to know that some slight life changes could make you feel better.
We understand that situational depression is triggered commonly by external events and that clinical depression is triggered from within, and very often need medical attention.
But we hope that step by step, these natural exercises below can help renew a sense of purpose and reinvigorate attitudes toward certain areas of your life.
Scroll further to see what steps you or your family and friends can take to help symptoms of depression. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Meditate, Eat More Foods With Vitamin B, Set Goals For Yourself, Have A Routine Sleep Schedule, Do Something New, Talk It Out With Someone You Trust, Try Out Light Exercise, Take On Responsibilities, Try A Relaxation Exercise, Ditch The Coffee!

I don't agree about the coffee, because I have read a lot of studies where coffee is actually good for your physical and mental abilities. Smiley
